The car was in my garage at home. Allstate gave me a window for the service and the name of this vendor. About 25 minutes BEFORE the specified time Allstate gave me I got a call from the driver of this tow truck, telling me he has been sitting outside my house for 15 minutes! I mentioned the window Allstate had given me, and said I would arrive at my home in 3 minutes, requesting him to wait for me. I had gone to put air in my spare tire. The driver was VERY rude and cut me off on each sentence I spoke on the phone. He told me I should provide him with the jack and other tools, since he didn't have these on his truck! I told him now I was only 2 minutes away, and he said he was going to wait. As I pulled into my driveway in less than 2 minutes, I saw him drive off around the corner, and he left. Tried calling him back on the phone. I got no answer. I spoke to a man at the company office, and he was also very rude and obnoxious, telling me how the driver waited for me for a long time. Again, the window that Allstate gave me was of no interest or importance to this man. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

After another hour or so a driver finally shows up, he called and talked to someone about it and said, "oh the owner will come out and personally handle this with the heavy truck, just in case. Should be about 30 minutes as it's a big truck and slow." Ok.. 35 minutes passed and no show... I called, the dispatcher couldn't reach the driver and said she would try to follow up.. NOTHING. Another 20 minutes passed. I called my insurance again, they called and were told it would be 30 more minutes he was on a call... 45 minutes passed, STILL NOTHING... After another hour of waiting (now it's 3:45pm EST) with still not help or communication. I call Marks Towing again.. this time they said, well because of the blowout we can't tow.. so you need to call your insurance and get someone else" What the f.............. From 10:34 am until 3:45pm I've been stuck out here on i-75 in 90 degree heat waiting and being strung along for a job they knew they couldn't handle or want to do.. wanted my day.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.. or you may never get anywhere you need to be. They kept me from my 6 month old daughter and wife all day waiting for them 1.5 hours from my home stranded with zero cares..
