Because he did not want any damage to our vehicle, he stopped at deep dips in the road to adjust the vehicle so it wouldn't scrape the road. He called his manager, and we had to drive 25 minutes to their office so that the manager go look at it. He stated that the front end was damage before. So what? It was repaired! He was not polite in any manner claiming I was disrespecting him. Like I should be a happy camper when they damage my $160K SL550? Now I have several cracks on the bumper, and they are refusing to compensate me for the damage. Then the tow truck driver took me to get my tire fixed and as he was taking the car off the tow truck, he did even more damage twice to the front end. Absolutely pathetic.

Like the old fashioned type of shop where you can trust their work and just sit back and have faith that it will be done with a smile, on time, and at a fair price.
