My spouse and I were stranded on I-75 at 4 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon--the absolute worst time, with traffic flowing in both directions as people headed to and from South Florida. We were stressed and uncertain, but John arrived and completely turned our experience around.
From the moment he picked us up, John explained everything he was doing and kept us engaged the entire time. He's genuinely entertaining--sharing stories about his family-owned business with warmth and pride. He even gave us great recommendations for local restaurants in the area, which meant a lot when we were feeling out of sorts.
But what really stood out? John stopped what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon. He drove over an hour to get our car then took us to a local automotive shop, and then STILL made sure we got home safely in the dark!! above and beyond!!
We're older Americans, and he treated us with the kind of respect and care you'd show your own parents. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare. Tell your mom I said Hi and she raised a great son!
