The tow truck driver (I think his name is Chris) was so nice and took care of us so quickly.

Avoid this place at all costs. Took my vehicle in to get something fixed. They specified it could…read morebe a thermostat, I said I believe it to be the heater core, I agreed go ahead and replace the thermostat if that's what you believe. I get a call fifteen minutes later from the shop saying they're declining to work on my car and to "come pickup my car, the keys are in it outside". This shop was very rude, I was nothing but respectful on the phone with them just giving them insight about what I believed the issue to be. The main person that answers the phone talks a million miles a second and you can barely understand him. The whole experience wasted two days of my time. I ended up taking my vehicle to an actual dealership to get it serviced. In the future, treat your customers with respect and do not be RUDE. Treat others the way you would want to be treated.

I have never had a more unqualified auto mechanic in all my life than this one. There were three…read moremisdiagnoses on what was causing my engine misfire. It was diagnosed and repaired by another mechanic within an hour of bringing it there. Daniel, the owner, gave me a partial refund of $200 because of their inability to resolve my issue. The nasty attitude of his failed mechanic was something I had never experienced before. I actually looked at Daniel and said, "How do you allow someone to speak so disrespectfully to your customers?" At that point, he handed me $200 back from my $350 repair. It turned out to be a misfire in cylinder 4, and a coil and plug were replaced by a knowledgeable repair shop. The total cost of this repair was $160.

READ ME FIRST! My dealing was with Nick of the country lot this time around, I am completely…read morestunned with the lack of personalism from this salesman. He is rude, childish, perverted, and vile. I went multiple times trying to find a car because I am low income and I need the right car for the budget I have. He was not at all understanding about the budget and literally said " oh, well if you do not have almost 3000 down you can go and not waste my time " and this was AFTER he was constantly checking out my mother and trying to pry into her personal life which whatever people flirt but he was a complete creep about it and made her feel unsafe to the point we had to leave. I came back again and actually left with a car somehow even after his rude attitude because I'm desperate and he knew that. As soon as I leave guess what happens WE HAVE ISSUES, the bumper was not fully attached but do not worry duct tape fixes everything right. But that is not all! 12,000 for a car with all different kind of tires and bent rims. Tires had cuts and everything needing replaced asap and you bet right because it is not under warranty. The coolant only WATER in it. Works in a pinch but not when your selling a car bud. Never noticed the tires because fresh black spray paint on them and we got the car before they put hubcaps on so they just kept bringing up something to draw our attention away from the tires. So I had my GIRLFRIEND call and tell them just as a what can we do about this because it should not of been sold to us like this, Nick answers when she calls and the conversation starts fine and mind you he is a grown ass 45-55 year old boy. She states the problem and he starts to raise his voice over the phone to the point after a full sentence he was yelling at this REPEAT CUSTOMER, who did nothing but call after she got off of work and wanted a problem figured out. If this comment is still up then you can go see the man child yourself at the country lot because the boss did nothing about it. Stay safe y'all ‍ the city lot has the same issues with the same owner. You would think this process would be a little easier seeing how the last car that was just in an accident a few days ago MY CAR was also through them and this process has been a nightmare and will continue to be as we unwrap all the issues from the POS they let us leave with. If he can not be loyal and reliable to past customers why would any of them care what you leave with or that you get a fair price? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
