Powerstroke Help always says use oem Ford pieces in your Ford power stroke and you'll never have a problem. I would steer clear of this company's aftermarket products for your power stroke diesel For two reasons: people who are experts in the field so you should, and customer service from this company also says that you should.

We went and picked it up, did not have them do the work. I looked up the parts, real Ford parts, they were charging 240 percent above what Ford charges. We then took it to the Ford dealership. The screen was just clogged, they cleaned it and we were good to go. Ford charged 187 to do the diagnostic, and about 50 bucks to fix it.

But if any is bent, I dont want it bent back, because once metal is bent it is never the same. I recently moved to the area and found myself in a bit of a bind with my car. After some research,…read moreI decided to give them a call for a quote on some necessary repairs due to their seemingly high rating. When I made initial contact with them, it was difficult to communicate with the person on the other end but after some time I was able to provide them with the information needed to give a quote. During the quote process the person mentioned the possibility of using OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts which could also bring the total bill down. He then told me he'd call me back in a few minutes and hung up. Once he called back however that's where my experience turned sour. Without any explanation I was told my only option was to use aftermarket parts and given a quote higher than I had received elsewhere. I confirmed that he could not match the other shops quote, and was performing the same work. Once it was confirmed he could not match their price I thanked him for his time and told him I would be going elsewhere to which he decided to cuss me out and hang up on me. I can't believe someone would treat a potential customer like this especially when the repairs would have brought a couple thousand dollars to his business. If you need work done on your car, seek a business who will treat you with respect and be transparent.
