I have continuously used Maintenance & More automotive for about 4 years now and my latest situation is right up there with all the rest. I have a 2012 Honda Ridgeline and I was hearing sounds that I could not identify and connect to a problem. Of course I'm not a mechanic that's why I have Maintenance & More on my speed dial. I recorded the sound on my cell phone and took it in and played it for Stephanie. She identified the problem just like that! Took the Ridgeline in, got it back the next day and my rack and pinion problem with my steering system was fixed. Great work by a great team and a great business by a customer who truly appreciates a Christian, honest, professional, and thorough business. I highly recommend Maintenance and More Automotive! We were charged quite a bit for preventative maintenance, and immediately afterward, the steering wheel started shaking -- something that never happened before. When we brought it back, we waited two days with no updates. After a long hold on the phone, we were told they found nothing wrong. Oddly, the A/C felt colder when we picked it up, suggesting a test drive may have just happened. Another vehicle took nearly two weeks just to get in. Once dropped off, they forgot we even brought it in, quoted repairs we didn't ask for, and never called when it was ready -- a recurring issue. The staff is friendly, but communication and reliability have seriously declined. It feels like they're too busy to care, and that's disappointing after being loyal customers for years.
