WARNING: DO NOT LET NATURE COAST TOWING LLC TOW YOUR VEHICLE!…read more I had an absolutely terrible experience with Nature Coast Towing LLC, and what should have been a simple tow turned into a 6-month nightmare. In November 2025, I had my Ford Expedition towed to a transmission shop. When the tow truck driver picked up my vehicle, all of my windows were intact. The driver did not take any photos of the vehicle before leaving. When the vehicle arrived at the transmission shop, I was informed that the right rear window had been ripped completely off the vehicle, causing damage to the window, window motor, and surrounding bodywork. The window was not smashed, it was ripped off. I also checked inside the vehicle's panels for broken glass and found none. The tow truck driver also failed to take photos when dropping the vehicle off. According to the transmission shop, the driver said, "I have to run, I have another call," and left. The transmission shop is only about a 20-minute drive from my house, yet it took the driver over an hour to get there. The damage ended up costing me a couple thousand dollars to repair, including the replacement glass, motor, and body damage. What made the situation even worse was dealing with insurance companies, adjusters, and multiple body shops. Several shops were unwilling to do the repair because they were concerned they could be held responsible if they damaged the glass during the repair process. It took months before an adjuster finally found someone willing and able to complete the work. The incident happened in November 2025, and everything was finally resolved in May 2026 -- roughly six months later. During those six months, I had to drive around with black trash bags duct-taped over the window just to keep the vehicle protected. The adhesive from the tape also melted onto the vehicle, creating another repair expense. This entire situation was incredibly stressful and time-consuming over damage that was not present when my vehicle was picked up. I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of your vehicle before allowing any towing company to touch it, regardless of who you use. As for my experience with Nature Coast Towing LLC: I would NOT recommend them. What should have been a simple tow turned into a six-month nightmare and thousands of dollars in damage and repairs.

I called Hayes automotive with Scott scheduled to have the valve cover gaskets replaced on my 2002…read moreChevy Silverado and he did the oil pressure sensor switch that day really had to come back with another tool the following day to be exact but it continue to drip oil even after he replaced the valve cover gaskets so he charged me $50 to come back out after paying almost $200 for the first trip out to replace the valve cover gaskets and the oil pressure sensor switch which I paid for I bought so I paid for the labor and continue to drip he said it was now a rear main seal which would cost $1,200 and he could do it within two days because he didn't have a lift I declined because of money I couldn't afford it so I drove the 1999 Chevy Silverado that I have just so I wouldn't continue to leak oil out of the one that's got worked on well yesterday I sold it to a young man in Ocala and him and his dad took it home and immediately took it apart and found that in fact the valve cover gasket that Scott installed with Hayes automotive was pinched and torn it was also bunched up so therefore that's where the leak is from that's what was leaking oil not I repeat not the rear mainship so what the heck was he going to do the main seal $1,200 really it took that kid and his dad 30 minutes to figure it out I'm just very disappointed and Scott because the truck was a good truck I would not have sold it I would have held on to it if I would have known that I replace just about everything in the truck but letting it go was hard but I look at the upside of things I still got the 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71 extra cab and now I got a new truck so life is good but Scott needs the slowest ass down and take time on people's vehicles that's all
