While trying to explain the situation I was having his exact words was he did not give a fuck about my problems. little did he know that my problems was his problem because his driver was getting ready to do an illegal tow. They did not even check to make sure they could legally tow my vehicle and they attempted to do so anyway, my vehicle was parked in front of my house and there were no no parking signs but my park manager attempted to have my vehicle towed because she is a turd. after hearing about the things at the boat dock, where a guy was getting his vehicle towed out because down into the water while trying to get his boat hooked up GS towing showed up on the scene and started yelling out of their trucks stating that the customer picked the wrong tow company and that's why they get their truck out. And then left did not offer to help the other tow truck driver. Did not offer to help the other small business that he seen was struggling and did nothing. People seem to forget when they inherit stuff that it takes respect and dignity to successfully run a business, and the new owners have none. Contracted scrapys through peddle.com, waited 7 days with my car accruing interest in a tow yard…read moretowards my final payment. Today (9/23/24) they were supposed to pick up my vehicle (estimated time was from 7am to 11am) from a tow yard and do all the signing of the title and a check was supposed to exchange hands. It's now 2pm and after I tried calling scrapys multiple times and from 2 different phones, was sent to voicemail each time, voicemail box was full. This has been a very stressful situation and scrapys has made it worse by playing around with my money causing me to owe the tow company more money, and I'm very dissatisfied! Would not recommend.

I cannot transfer my registration without the proof of sale and i cant get the proof of sale because they don't pick up their phone or answer their email and the driver did not leave me with a copy as it CLEARLY states on their website that they are SUPPOSED to do. If you go through cars for cash and they assign "scrapys" as the pick up company i highly suggest you request they assign a different company, and if you found your way to their website and are considering trying to work with them i suggest you find someone else. This is a hassle not even worth the $260 they paid me for the car. They call themselves scrapys, more like Crapy if you ask me.
