Brenda the color correction Queen!! I made the mistake of using blue overtone on my partially blonde hair and I could not get it out for the life of me. I wanted to go shorter anyways so we cut most of it off, but there was still some left at the bottom. After the bleach it turned green! We were like ohh noo. After two rounds of expert toning, Brenda was able to get the green out of my hair completely! The balayage came out flawless and so natural, I couldn't have asked anyone to do a better job. Okay so a little back story - I did the big chop back in 2005 and have visited only a small handful of salons since then. My experiences were always pretty frustrating. I was constantly pressured to re-straighten my hair or get a blow out when all I really wanted was to get my curls bouncing. This past week was a pretty life changing experience with Brenda. She didn't do anything complicated that I wouldn't be able to replicate on my own and was very mindful in sharing some tips on how to get hair poppin' exactly how I wanted. She did an amazing job on my haircut- I went in for a trim but she gave my VERY long hair the shape it didn't know it needed! Not only that, but, as we know, getting a haircut in the COVID era is extremely challenging. However she made the process comfortable, safe, and worry-free. She is meticulous about her client's hair care and equally meticulous about safety, taking your temperature at the door, keeping masks on, and not reusing any materials.
