They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. We are very happy with the service we received from all of them !! Highly recommend them and Biotech!!

As the highest rated pest control business in the city, I had high expectations for their service…read morebased on their online reputation. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Our technician, Ryan McPherson, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining every step of the treatment process, from the exterior of the home to the interior. I was especially impressed that he even removed electrical outlet covers to treat inside the walls, which gave me confidence that the infestation was being addressed thoroughly. The service was exceptional, the quality of the work was excellent, and the value was well worth it for the peace of mind we received. I highly recommend Bulwark Pest Control, especially Ryan McPherson and David T, for their prompt response, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

The quality of customer service is awful. You will have to chase them down just to get routine…read moreservice. For 2 years in our new house we signed up for the routine service, and he would call and arrange to spray 2-3 times a year, BUT as soon as we developed a cockroach problem last year we have been basically left on our own. Our regular tech came out when we called, but then no follow up. We called again 2 weeks later and they sent a new tech. Instructed me to remove EVERYTHING from the kitchen - I did, only to have the tech spray boric acid into a few outlets & behind the stove. Said cockroach abatement was additional $. Ok fine I want them gone! Again, no follow up. We wanted to support a small local business, but apparently if we want professional service we have to go elsewhere.

But I let him in and offered him a drink. I pulled out everything from the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom cabinets like I was told. I also pulled every piece of furniture away from the baseboards. So it seemed messy. The only thing the bug guy pointed out to me was behind the stove. Which I did not know was not supported by brackets locking it in. Reed had the audacity to report back to my landlord that my house was not very clean. This can cause a disturbance in my lease and the relationship between my landlord and I. Which could lead to financial losses for myself. Beware of unprofessionalism this company may give false representation of character and accusations of misuse of properties.

I asked him to also spray inside our shed and around a bush that attracts big bumble bees the time of year. He did all of this without hesitation. We have since seen hardly any spiders, ants, or other pests around the house. That is why i'm recommending this good gentleman. I also know his wife and they are just all around good people. We will be using McMillian next year too!

This time of year, it's common to come across ants, roaches, and spiders, all of which we wanted...well, outside of the home by the time we moved in. I went with TruForce for two reasons. 1. The competitive pricing, and 2. The responsiveness and professionalism of the team. Request-a-quote on Yelp is thus far 3/3 for me. As others mentioned, these folks are responsive, polite, prompt, and professional. I needed assistance within a few days, and they were on it. From request a quote, to a quick phone convo, booking online, a courtesy call before arrival, and a quick educational termite prevention and extermination servicing, this team has a way of making extermination quick and painless. Jaden handled our termite prevention installation and Steven handled our extermination services. I'd recommend both. Fast forward 6 months, would still recommend!
