We just moved to the area and he gave us great information about the history, localisms, etc. We have a new build and by day 3 we were overrun with ants to the point we had multiple baits in every room and my kids were still getting bit. Tim was courteous and was easy to explain what I was experiencing in my house. He explained the basic home service and additional services he does provide (treating yard). He was upfront on pricing. He was quick to come out and treat my house. His products are family and pet friendly. Tim didn't try to sell me additional services that were not really needed. The quickest, most effective (and reasonably priced!) pest control. There's a good reason Enviro-Shield is ranked highest on review sites-- Tim is a pleasure to work with: we figured everything out in just a few minutes, he arrived as agreed, and was done not long after. It was a quick and painless resolution to a bug issue I had been having for days. Odorless and safe too. Pricing is much better than the other companies. Funnily, I sent a couple emails to others, then called Tim and accepted after a friendly phone call without waiting for the replies. They got back to me later and most quoted me twice as much. I had done hours of reading about my particularly issue, springtails, and Enviro-Shield did everything right. Reasonable pricing set them apart from the others who offered the same treatments for more. It really can't be understated how pleasant an experience this was.
