They won't even send a technician out to do a check each year even when you are paying. Found out yesterday after not hearing from them in a few tears that they had franchised and no longer come to the Houston area. Although they know I have a warranty with them they refused. Spoke with Terry 979-690-8622. Very rude as they always are. She showed no concern. Provided me a number for Orkin 866-949-6067 and said they had our warranty. Called them and they knew nothing about it and did not have our warranty. No one in my neighborhood has received a notice of this franchising and refusal to honor warranty.
