Found out yesterday after not hearing from them in a few tears that they had franchised and no longer come to the Houston area. Although they know I have a warranty with them they refused. Called them and they knew nothing about it and did not have our warranty. No one in my neighborhood has received a notice of this franchising and refusal to honor warranty.
