I recently (July 2022) had a whole house Generac Generator installed in my house. I purchased it through Lowes (in January 2022). The first people they assigned to do the install were inept, inconsistent, unresponsive, unprofessional and incompetent. They delayed my install by months, about 5 months (possibly more)! I don't want to go on about how bad they were, I want to rave about how GOOD Collaborative Services are! WOW! As soon as Lowes re-assigned my install to these guys, they immediately contacted me to let me know where things stood and what they were doing to get my generator installed as soon as possible. A month later, my generator was installed. It took a month because they literally had to everything from scratch (because the first installers assigned had botched things up so badly). What a night and day difference. Shout out to the Collaborative Services team: Joseph (Project Manager), Sean (installer - He kindly even took my trash out to the curb), Skip (Head Technician), Belinda (got all the permits) and Dottie, my studious, kind and professional representative. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about all of these people. Their work ethic is out of this world. Joseph, Sean worked all day in the heat, and late into the night to get my generator installed. Ultimately, there was a manufacture defect and Skip had to come out to fix it the next day. Collaborative Services did not make a claim to Generac, but fixed it themselves and made their claim to Generac for me instead. I am so grateful to them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Call this company if you want a generator but don't know your precise energy needs in terms of size of generator needed. I can tell you that these guys are good at that. The price was fair. My new Generac generator was installed a couple days ago by Angel and his team from Collaborative Services. PERFECT INSTALL! What made it perfect? The team arrived on time, knew their job functions well and took care to perform each element "just so." (Persnickety customers like me really appreciate attention to detail.) At job's end, I found my electrical panel better organized than before and the worksite nicely cleaned up. Collaborative Services is good at what they do and caring in how they do it.
