It was simple this time, from point A to B, then C. They pick up a new couch for me. I had one of the same workers from last time. He was still professional and a hard worker. I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation.

I was able to message with someone online to coordinate details and even adjust our move as plans shifted, which made the whole process much less stressful. On moving day, our crew was incredible. Andy, Miraj, Muha, Tatty, and Aibar were kind, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. They worked hard, stayed positive, and handled everything with care.
