They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Peter and Caden arrived exactly on time and were both extremely professional. They were able to do work that I and my friends could not do, including disassemble (and reassemble) a bed in order to get it moved. They had the right tools and the knowledge to get my move completed without any delays. Even their managers/support staff answered my questions and helped me put out fires before the move ever took place. When/if I need to move again, I know I'll use them for this service. I'll also gladly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I don't typically leave reviews for businesses, and frankly, this might've been a one-off day for…read morethe company. I hired Cal's Moving & Storage to help me move heavy boxes/snow equipment from a outside garage into a storage unit. It was very easy to connected to a sales person and get a quote scheduled. I sent in about 10 photos of the unit (which I live 45 minutes away from, and they had been made aware). They quoted me about $600 for three hours, including two guys and a box van. Great! I got a 9-9:30am window. I started working remotely around 5am to accommodate me taking 9am-1pm off of work. I got a call around 9:30 stating they had scheduled another job earlier than me, and would be at the property an hour and a half after the promised moving time. Oh well, this shouldn't take too long anyways right?? They show up around 10:45, I gave the guys a quick rundown of the fragile boxes (five boxes at most) and let them know I am going to head to the storage unit to unlock / make sure everything is good on that end. At about 11am, I get a call stating that there's bugs in an OUTSIDE GARAGE, and they might not be able to move the boxes because "they might get in the truck and affect the next customer," while I can understand their logic -- that is something that needs to be mentioned during the quoting process (AGAIN, they were aware of the outside garage unit, and were sent multiple pictures of the stuff inside). It takes about 20 minutes for them to get the green light to keep moving boxes. It takes them over 2.5 hours just to get the boxes loaded, and another 20 minutes to get to the storage unit (which was 7 minutes down the road). To no fault of this company, the storage unit management went and slapped a lock back onto the unit while I was waiting outside. However, it took the guys another 2 hours just to bring the boxes up (they had access to a huge cargo elevator and needed to move the boxes maybe 30ft from the elevator). All-in-all, this process took over 5 hours to complete, and they never got the stuff into the actual unit (WHICH ONLY TOOK ME 1.5 HOURS TO DO ON MY OWN). I'm upset about the mis-quoting and time wasted. I saw the younger guy moving around boxes on the truck for the last hour, probably unloading 4 boxes per 5 minutes. I emailed and called, and no one has gotten back to me. I would've been fine paying if I could've gotten an adult on the phone, but now I am pissed. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day.
