I had three companies cancel on me last minute for what I suspect were BS reasons. When I finally called Kathy, she discovered that one of the companies I originally chose was trying to undersell my order, which likely led to my bid being ignored and the cancellation. Kathy found me a truck the same day I called. I-5 Transport picked up my car in Portland, OR, and delivered it to San Diego, CA, in just two days, which was great! The trucking company itself wasn't the best at communicating changes during transport, but that was out of Kathy's control. Despite the challenges, she did an amazing job handling everything--and my anxious self!

So glad I found this company when I was calling hundreds of companies in order to find a great deal and friendly team to work with. They were quick, responsive and really responsible of their job. I was highly delighted to work with Alex as he took a good care of me during the whole process. The only thing was with my open trailer, my car got some oil stains (which were washable, they offered to wash it out, but I refused as I already headed to the car wash myself) ... what I guess is the oil was from the car located above it. Overall 4 stars for the safe delivery. Many thanks to Alex, I'll call him again for sure if car transport needed, state to state moving is really hard to do and they handled it right!
