So glad I found this company when I was calling hundreds of companies in order to find a great deal and friendly team to work with. They were quick, responsive and really responsible of their job. I was highly delighted to work with Alex as he took a good care of me during the whole process. The only thing was with my open trailer, my car got some oil stains (which were washable, they offered to wash it out, but I refused as I already headed to the car wash myself) ... what I guess is the oil was from the car located above it. He gave me a very reasonable price and did not want any money upfront until it was delivered. Since my wife and I are new to RVING, Edwin actually filmed the walk-through for us and went above and beyond just towing it. He called me everyday to let me know his progress. He made incredible time and took amazing care oh our travel trailer. When it arrived, he went through the walk-through all again. I am so impressed with Edwin and his customer service. This guy is a total joke. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. the guy hit me up on Saturday asking me when I was going to be there. I assured him that I told him Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. Then he proceeds to ask me what my ETA would be. I assured him that my ETA had not changed from Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. then on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. he tells me that he won't be available and I can come back the next day. Needless to say I drove from Klamath falls to Medford to look at a car. He knew this and still tried to blow me off. Then asked me again what my ETA would be and that there is a reason why he asked me. So I explained to him for a third time that I said 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and that my ETA has not changed. So then the guy wanted me to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to finally get down to his auto dealer business and wouldn't give me the address or the name of the business until he had already arrived there. So I got tired of waiting and went to another dealership called American Auto sales where I was treated with respect and gratitude and was able to purchase a nice vehicle. Do not go to this place if you want a decent car from a decent person. I highly recommend American Auto sales. The owner there John was great and respectful and was able to get us a vehicle off of his lot within 30 minutes.

Adding to the complication, I am located on the east coast, my friend and his daughter are in Japan and the car and Brian are on the west coast. Not withstanding the logistical complexities, Brian was awesome at explaining the process and making us feel as comfortable as possible. His pick up documentation was great.
