Once I did decide to, they dispatched the driver within 2 hours, and I met him at my vehicle. Cole was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and had a great attitude--considering it was snowy, wet, and 40 degrees out. He didn't complain once, and even tried to make me feel better about the situation I got myself in. He worked quickly and assessed the situation. Once he decided what to do, he explained it to me and asked if I wanted to hang out in his rig and watch. He ended up pulling my vehicle out without causing any damage, and then followed me down the hill to make sure I was able to get out. I was really impressed by him and I really loved his attitude. I would highly recommend their service. The fee was extremely reasonable given how difficult and miserable the conditions were. Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville. I got a collection notice from an agency specializing in towing collections. There was no previous contact. Normally you have to call a tow company to get ripped off but these guys will find you and get you without you even knowing. These are next level crooked tow truck drivers. Screwing people is obviously a very lucrative business because they have a big shiny building and nice newer trucks all built with stolen money.

Unfortunately this is a common scam in the tow industry and a quick search will yield many results.
