Joe is a fantastic tow driver and person. After a deer jumped in front of my car, rendering it not drivable, Joe responded to the call, put my dead VW on his flatbed, and drove us both 75 miles to Medford, OR. He took me to the airport to try to help me get a rental car, and after there were no cars available (holiday weekend), he took me to a motel. There's more! Because I had two bikes with my, he kept my stuff on/in the car and coordinated with me so I could retrieve my stuff from his shop the next day (a Saturday). Joe went above and beyond! Just made contact with "Joe", who refuses to put a customers car in my driveway, says it's against "Insurance regulations" I have been working with vehicles for over 40 years, never have I had such an obstinate tow driver, he, when asked his name wouldn't answer me, I tapped him on the shoulder, and asked again, he went crazy, threatened to call the cops because I touched him. Seconds later he changed his mind, what was grounds for an assault charge was suddenly nothing to him, he said he would just forget it. Well, I haven't forgotten it, he is a moronic jerk in my opinion, and a worthless tow driver. Guys like this aught to stay home, rather than starting trouble, he should have slept in and skipped work. This guy is wholly inept, and a real liability to his company. I am not in South La, I am in Keno Oregon, in spite of what the review states. I don't understand how that made it into the review, but the tow company I was talking about in in Ashland Oregon, not South La. read more
