Three strikes and you're out! This is some pretty serious incompetence. I brought my Honda CRV in…read morefor a simple oil change, and they somehow managed to run the car battery down to zero (turned on the electrical system and forgot to turn it off?), then failed to reset the onboard computer so my radio and everything else stopped working, and then during the tire rotation they didn't check the label inside the driver side door, and inflated the tires to the wrong pressure, triggering a low tire pressure indicator. I had to go back three times to get these issues fixed. And then, to add insult to injury, they did not have any windshield wiper fluid on the premises, and they did not reduce the bill to account for all of these problems. Do NOT recommend.
