The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn't reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. The RV Corral is 105 miles. Based on the reviews, we chose The RV Corral. We were not disappointed. We were ecstatic. Their senior tech Warren figured out our complex problem in 5 minutes. FIVE MINUTES. It was a loose ground. Service advisor Savannah and Service advisor Andy were fantastic. They have our business solid! You'll recognize Warren. He looks like Moses (LOL). I made a service appointment online on Sunday night for Monday morning. Pulled in and was greeted by Rene. I was stressed and pretty frazzled. He got me checked in. I waited in their waiting room which had plenty of comfortable seats. I made myself a cup of tea from their well stocked coffee bar and settled in. The good news was that problem was fixed with a software update and they even charged my car. Rene was super sweet and walked me to my car to make sure everything was ok.

Yes sir, are covering your rear, as I could not forget such a circumstance. If you're at 2400 W. 7th Ave., in Eugene, that's you. I don't care if you have records of a break in or not, your insurance paid for it. Before I pick up my unit, I had to call out the big guns of your dealership to administrate the mess and pare down the stupid bill to something more reasonable for the few items Warranty didn't cover. One guy got fired over it. Another one of the GS family members who served as an advocate to sort out the BS got demoted afterward (well that's what he told me ) because his decisions were viewed as losing money. You may not work on Keystone anymore, but you sure the hell did then. You guys even called and tried to get me to accept cheap interstate batteries after my two expensive Centennial 6 V golf cart batteries were stolen. Snakes. Paint repair and fiberglass repair on my rear cap work was done by the business adjacent (practically inside the fence) to your back parking lot . Oh, it was you alright. Transmission issues resolved!…read more While driving from Seattle to Los Angeles, our 2016 Forester's Check Engine and ATL Oil Temp lights came on. After getting towed 70 miles back to Kendall Subaru, the problem was diagnosed (along with a thorough overview of some other, less critical issues) on Saturday. The tech stayed late, and came in early on Monday to get us back on the road. I rented one of Kendall's cars for use while ours was in the shop, so we got to enjoy Eugene's restaurants and nearby hiking trails. Dylan, the service writer, was clear and concise on the issue, accepted my deferral of the other issues, and kept me up to date on progress. Nice! Costs for the transmission repair came out precisely on estimate. The diagnostic cost was folded in to the overall charge. While wandering around the showroom, Matt came out, recognized that I had a car being serviced, and showed me a 2025 hybrid Forester - snazzy! Matt was patient, explained Kendall's sales process, and took me out on a test drive. Calm, professional, informative. If we were to contemplate a new car purchase, we'd seriously consider buying from Matt at Kendall, flying up, spending a nice weekend, and driving back.

Before booking an appointment I went in to chat with the owner and service staff. I was impressed in the way they addressed my concerns. About two weeks later I I dropped my RV off at 8 am. My instructions were to check all seals, winterize, service the generator, remove current kitchen faucet and install the one I supplied, and check overhead cab area in my Winnebago Class C Outlook for leaks. Having paid to repair leaks in previous and current RV I was thinking the worst. Later that early afternoon I received a call saying that the clearance lights covers were cracked and he wanted to order them. I was relieved it was a simple problem. What impressed me was the dialog and call from the shop. My RV was repaired in a timely manner and what I thought was a more than a fair price. The invoice was itemized completely. While I have only one experience at Armstrong RV repair I will certainly be going back. If nothing else stop in and chat to see if that is a shop you want to create a relationship with.
