I called him and immediately realized this guy is the real deal. I told him I needed the RV towed back from Ohio. He said he was going to Michigan and could pick it up for me. He gave me a very reasonable price and did not want any money upfront until it was delivered. Since my wife and I are new to RVING, Edwin actually filmed the walk-through for us and went above and beyond just towing it. He called me everyday to let me know his progress. He made incredible time and took amazing care oh our travel trailer. When it arrived, he went through the walk-through all again. I am so impressed with Edwin and his customer service. Liars and crooks!…read more Threw away some of my belongings and entered my car to go through everything and 'catalog' my things before the waiting period ended and then charged me $75 to get my possession's back on top of the $500 tow fee and a $135 rekey fee. Horrible company that's just in it to take advantage of people! They also drove my car, the day it was towed I filled my tank and when I got it back almost a 1/4 tank was gone. They also hot wired my car, leaving the outer case hanging off. I've filed a formal complaint with the state, apparently this isn't their first one
