update finally after months of dealing with them Patrick told me he was tired if my non sense and…read moreto contact his attorney. got the engine re installed after putting new freeze plugs in it. took the vehicle to get the exhaust done on it then took it to the tuner to get tuned by bob kellison in creswell he does fantastic work but after he fired the engine and went to tune it. the engine has bottom end noise. so bob shut it off and told me to come pick it up and patrick Cartwright won't do anything to make the situation right. so now Im out several thousand dollars on this engine and it will cost 2,500 to get rebuilt.. I would not recommend doing business with northwest customs in cottage grove. further more I haven't even got to drive this vehicle due to this engine issue its been trailered everywhere it's been taken.

My local shop didn't do a very good job with the diagnostics and only suggested replacing the top cat. Which had been replaced when I bought the rig last year due to Lithia selling me a beater. They had the exhaust system replaced and fixed all the issues that were present. Since it was a consignment to a muffler shop, it certainly did come with a price tag. But as a person residing in the Seattle area for the last 8 years, it was still a much better deal than anyone would have given me. They were kind and understood that I would need extra time and attention to haul the vehicle into them. Given how hot she was running, I was concerned it would overheat. They paid attention and noted recommendations that I knew about due to friends looking at the car but never were mentioned by the other shops who had worked on her. Exceptionally professional and goes above and beyond. You get what you pay for and nobody is a miracle worker, so try keeping that in mind when you need auto repairs.

It took a lot of pushing for me to even get the contact information for the main manager. There were multiple (unexplainable) damages & a check engine light on within less than 24 hours of me test driving the car & purchasing it. According to them, the damages were already there. There is no truth in that statement, as these damages are extremely visible & I very intricately looked over the vehicle before deciding to return the next day & purchase it. Upon looking in the contract after the purchase, I saw a $1,700 warranty that I declined, was added to my contract. I was told I could purchase roadside assistance for $100 (which I did). When I went back to the dealership to speak with the manager, he told me roadside assistance was not available, unless I kept the $1,700 warranty. He read through every page of the warranty, saying *everything* listed was covered... when I had my mechanic look it over, the first page is the list of what is covered. All of the other pages are what it does *not* cover. If it was an option, I would rate them zero stars. I highly recommend not getting involved in any way whatsoever with this dealership, as you will have to fight tooth & nail to get anything accomplished through them. They are fraudulent, unprofessional & clearly do not care about their customer's satisfaction. Please do not choose to give your business to this dealership.

First trip to Todd's with my 2024 Ford F-350, had some scratches left on paint after taking it to a…read morelocal touch less car wash, quoted $700 but could be a couple hundred more if calibration was needed for sensors as bumper needed removed for paint. Was notified truck was done, and final bill was around $1,500 almost double the quote. Inspected truck and noticed bumper was sagging about an inch to the left went back in...oh yeah we will fix that. So much for that attention to detail! I should've known after that not to go back to Todd's Auto Body but I'm a slow learner I guess. Truck #2 2015 Ford F250 I had some vinyl pinstripe needing replaced on driver and passenger door. Brought truck into Todd's to show them what needed done, they looked at truck did their inspection and ordered the correct pin stripe. Got the quote for removal of old pin stripe and replace with new, quote $320. Pin stripe arrives and authorization to work is signed. A couple days later i receive a phone call stating pinstripe came off easily, but in the removal process it tore off clear coat and paint... but it's not their fault...it's the paints fault! LOL there was no offer to fix the damage , but they would work me up a quote to pay to fix their fuck up! Also the auto body tech didn't just ruin the paint on one door he continued from driver side front door and the driver side rear door. They didn't think to stop and notify the customer that damage was occurring? Odd I know! Her response was that I knew it had faulty paint, paint surely looked great before! Obviously good enough to spend $1,000 on an exterior detail. Anyhow after a few days of it sitting on their lot, trying to figure out what to do with the situation my wife went to pick up the truck, but they would not release it until the original quote for pinstripe removal and replace was paid... I told my wife we would not be paying them for a job that wasn't completed. After a phone call with the manager and owner I asked if they would be willing to fix their damage that they caused and they denied doing so. I told them I wouldn't be paying them for the labor, so as a COURTESY of the owner or whoever this clown is. They decided to release the truck to my wife if we paid for the vinyl pinstripe. So my truck left Todd's auto body in worse condition than it was brought to the shop in. Quote to fix Todd's auto body's unskilled handy work is $2,400. So now onto the next steps of wasting my time in court to sue these idiots! Below is before and after photos.
