Rainy, oily road, dark country road, and tires don't mix. My car spun around about three times and then I found out what a head on collision with a guard rail feels like. B&B picked up my wreck and cleaned up all of the debris. Yesterday, I went and said goodbye. They helped me to get all of my belongings from the car and are coordinating with my insurance to have the car picked up. Great customer service.

Some time has passed since this incident, in part because our family has been dealing with the…read moreafter-effects - but it's important to share this because the impact of tow truck operator Tim's actions has stayed with us, and moments of real integrity deserve recognition. Over Labor Day weekend 2025, my son was involved in a very serious accident while towing a horse trailer. A car several lengths ahead of him suddenly stopped on Hwy 126 after missing a turn, and my son made a split-second decision to veer right instead of continuing straight - preventing a much worse outcome and possibly saving lives. Two people thanked my son at the scene for his quick thinking. The driver who caused the accident drove off. My son's truck was totaled, and the horse trailer ended up several feet into the rear of the truck, creating a complex and unsafe recovery. AAA was called, and no drivers were willing to take the job - until Tim stepped in. Tim went far beyond a standard tow. He helped remove the trailer from inside the truck, then towed the vehicle to Bend late on a Friday evening, knowing everything would be closed until Tuesday. When we arrived, there was no after-hours drop-off available. Dispatch told Tim he could leave the truck - and me - there, but he refused. Tim would not leave the truck to be towed by the city, nor would he leave me stranded in an unfamiliar place. He helped find a safe alternative, and I stayed overnight in the damaged truck to protect my son's work tools until we could return with a U-Haul. Even after all of this, Tim went back to where my son was staying with the trailer - in an area with no cell service - just to make sure he knew I was safe. That was care he did not have to give. We tipped Tim generously, but no tip could reflect the integrity, compassion, and humanity he showed. While many people have moved on from the accident, it's something my son still lives with. It brings us comfort to remember that, in the middle of chaos, Tim showed up with heart. Santiam Towing & Recovery should be incredibly proud to have Tim.

I contacted Adam and after numerous conversations we both agreed to have the vehicle towed to the local Kia Dealership and I would pay $633 in towing and storage fees. Adam emailed me a copy of the bill but somehow it was deleted and I have asked Adam to send me another copy, and to this point no results, I am still waiting. These guys like the tow vehicles from apartment complex in the middle of the night and then charge you an ungodly amount of money to get your vehicle back. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex at 2:30 in the morning I was told that my parking permit was not visible turns out that fell off the rearview mirror and fell onto the Center Council of the vehicle but was still clearly visible. I have lived at this complex for over 6 months I am on the lease and my vehicle is listed on the lease as well. I went over to recover my vehicle a few hours later and I was charged damn near $500 and it must be in cash was the only payment they were willing to accept. I'm sure everybody gets a little piece of the action just be where this business engages in Shady practices.................
