But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

Chad got back to me in short order to set up a time and date for them to come out for an estimate. When they arrived I walked them through the current state, pain points, and what we were looking for as an outcome. They were very receptive and easy to consult with. At the end of our dialog Chad provided a total time and materials amount that the job would cost which was very agreeable, all with a 3 year warranty! They were also extremely easy to work with on the start date. We concluded by him relaying that he would draw up the formal quote with scope of work and get it sent over. The SOW was very, very thorough and impressive for any type of contractor. From the beginning to the end of the job, Chad and his crew clearly and consistently communicated on arrival and departure times, progress, status, challenges found, etc. They also kept an extremely clean worksite, straightening up at the end of each and every day. The result was everything we hoped for: - A completely revamped drip irrigation system in both our yards. - Refreshed gravel in both yards. - Leveled spots in the yards from previously removed plants. - Existing plants and stumps were identified for removal. - Staged drip lines in requested spots for future plants. We have engaged other irrigation companies in the past with significantly unimpressive results. Piped Right was the absolute, diametrically opposite experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a split second to use them in the future or refer them to anyone in need of their services! They care about their customers and their work and it shows in every way!

Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

Service-communication: very good. My main contact was James. Took a lot of time with us. We were going from scratch, so it took a while for us to figure out what we wanted. Plus, had to get HOA approval for a pergola - never fun, but finally got through that. Second contact was Ali toward the end with the irrigation and plants. Easy to deal with. Once the contract was signed, they indicated 2-3 weeks to begin, and that was accurate. Supply delivery began about five days prior to commencing work. The initial crew wasted no time getting to work. They kept the premises clean. Everyone professional. Quality: All I can say, is so far so good! Nice paver work, Pergola looks great. Electrical all appears properly done. Turf looks great. We are very happy with the results. Everyone cleaned up after themselves. Delays: none of any consequence. Toward the end, had to wait for the pergola parts to arrive. About three weeks to complete entire job.

I called in need of a cleanup on my backyard, they were quick to answer my call and schedule me with a quote. Once scheduled I agreed to their fair price and they came to my house when they said they would. The job was completed very quickly and professionally. The next day he text at a time I wasn't available and left shortly there after when he didn't get a response. When I did answer about an hour later, I reminded him I wasn't there and explained what I needed done since some of his text were looking for clarification. Once that happened he pushed for a next day meet up, I'm almost guessing he expected to do the yard work right then and there, which would explain his frustration with me. I told him I didn't need it done yet, and I would contact him back when we were ready to schedule. Once I did get back to him to schedule something, he proceeded to bitch me out about how badly I wasted his time when I didn't answer before. I had mentioned I wouldn't be there, so if he clarified he may need to call or text, I would have been by the phone. I explained this and apologized for my part, and proceeded to schedule something the next week. We said we'd touch base the week of maintenance to confirm with each other. When I contacted him the Thursday because I had not heard from him, he proceeded to be unsure of who I was or what we spoke of at all. When I remind him, he then says he can't on the Saturday I requested now, it would have to be Wednesday. My lease was up Monday, and the yard work had to be done that weekend. I had explained this all many times before to him. With one day left of the work week, he left me utterly screwed to find anyone else. Honestly, find it fairly obnoxious he made such a big deal of wasting someone's time for an unpaid estimate after all the shinangins he pulled just trying to get a yard the equivalent of a 3 car garage cleaned. Completely hypocritical. I tried to find someone last minute and came up empty so when he suggested he could do it first thing Friday morning I agreed. But again, I warned I would not be available by phone as I was moving my rv that day. Said it was fine and the job would be $100. Friday rolls around and while I'm in the middle of nowhere, towing a 16k pound fifth wheeler down south, I start getting texts 3 hours after he said he's originally be there asking, where I was. When I already explain I a) wouldn't be there and b) wouldn't be reachable. Thankfully I wasn't in a cell dead zone yet. Once AGAIN I reiterated what needed done because he was thinking he was just whacking a handful of weeds. Feeling very uncomfortable sending money ahead when he requested payment, we agreed half up front, half at the end. While he was rushing and spamming me for his first payment, he then proceeds to tell me he misunderstood how large my yard was and was upping the price. Mind you he'd come out for an estimate (which I understand he probably needed clarification if I had been able to answer) and I contacted a confirmed multiple times before what I needed done. I wanted to end things right then and there but of course Zelle can't refund anything. So I was stuck losing $50 or paying him more to actually do the job. I agreed, he did the job and then spammed for the rest of him money, barely giving me time to do anything. Remember I'm supposed to be towing? All of this was insanely stressful on an already stressful process. The work was completely decently, and that's the only reason he got 2 stars. But the whole process to get there shouldn't have been that hard. If you have special instructions or a schedule you need to adhere to I would not recommend this person.

Only minimal framing work was completed, and the concrete pour that was scheduled never happened. Communication then stopped completely. I made multiple attempts to contact him by phone and text and received no response. I also requested a refund, which was not returned. As of now, I am out $3,375 with no completed work. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this contractor.
