Several days later the issue returned and called asking to re-visit issue. I recently visited Mazzarell's Automotive, I wanted to cash in on my "Special Discounted Oil…read moreChange," (I had misplaced the Special Coupon), which was given to me after purchasing a 2013 Ford Edge from Mike Mazzarella at Mazzarella's Auto Sales. Upon entering Mazzarell's Automotive, I was greeted by the kind and knowledgeable Service Manager, Ashlee. As one could imagine, I was a bit skeptical about what all this 'discounted' service entailed. Well, both my oil change and service was treated as ALL 'Full Price' oil change/service at Mazzarella's. Ashlee was very patient and eager to answer all of my questions(Cost of a Normal Oil Change and service), along with address any concerns I had. She was truly a delight to work with during my visit. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who might have an issue with one of their vehicles. Rest assured, i realize this isn't a 'prerequisite' for any business; however, the Owners are 'believers.' To me, that that always does a lot to calm the fears and feeling of apprehension when taking the tremendous leap in allowing someone to work on their vehicle. For the record, about a week after my visit to Mazzarella's Automotive, I received a letter/ and coupon in the mail. Needless to say, I have already given it to my best friend, and she will be taking advantage of this great promotional in the very near future. This business has at least two new customers now....not too shabby. PS: I saw Ashlee earlier this week at a store in Vero, and I was so excited to see her. I waved at her and cheesed really big...she looked at me as if I had lobsters growing out of my ears. I'm sure she has a lot of long days and sees lots of both familiar/unfamiliar faces. I just thought it was funny. Keep up the Good Work!

This shop is run in the backyard of a residence, the father and son business leaves a lot to be…read moredesired. The kid works at $100/hr. unsupervised, and without any certifications. They have poor reviews on google and BBB.org, yet the father challenges I wasn't screwed over by his kid, denying I'm a customer. Well he barked up the wrong tree. Not only did his kid screw up my car, he screwed up my sons car as well. "Linda" was certainly a customer who gave him a bad review as well on bbb.org so the whole world is lying and just trying to get him, or we truly took the time to try to save others from getting ripped off. The kid called me and said my car was fixed, he replaced an O2 sensor. After I paid him, I couldn't start the car to leave, the battery was dead when it wasn't even a year old yet. He jump starts me and doesn't look any further. When I got home the battery was still dead, and the voltage regulator was fried. I replaced the alternator and battery myself. I did in fact talk to the father and he said nothing his kid did (in his absence he chases mobile repairs all day and no one supervises this rookie learning to fix cars while charging you for it) is related to the electrical system. Sure, the car just failed by coincidence, some fluke out of nowhere. Ridiculous! Then after I drive the car the next day the check engine light came on again! Dumb kid didn't troubleshoot the problem at all. I fixed the car myself again, replacing sensors on my TBI unit. It's fixed, why go back to argue with his father? All he does is deny all accountability for his kids shortcomings. He said he's BBB credited, so attached is his only review on BBB, and "Linda" had the same experience I had. Not good reviews. Stay away from this fly by night business.
