We let a lot of it slide, but today's cleaning was abysmal. They were in and out in 1.5 hrs, used their shoes on carpeted floors(had to be reminded to remove shoes), forgot to clean the backsplash, table tops of living room and bedroom side tables, forgot repeatedly to line the trash cans, vacuumed floors in a rush.
