Miguel and his team at Precision Epoxy Floors were some of the best people I have worked with for a home project. From the day I requested a quote, Miguel was communicative, punctual, and extremely clear with pricing and how the project would go. The price was great and better than a few other quotes we received. The work turned out beautifully, even better than we expected, and was done in exactly the time frame quoted. I will absolutely be referring this company to friends and family. Thank you Miguel and team, our garage is perfect! read more

Great company. It's going on 3 months and I am still beyond satisfied of the work that was done, even the quality. Everyone was nice and easy to work with. The communication and explanations were top tier. I would definitely use them again because they were much better than the other 3 quotes that I got from other companies with higher reviews. The strong smell after went away on it's own less than a week , it just takes time and ventilation so I had no issues with that. read more

First of all we called many epoxy floor guys and by far Miguel JR was the most knowledgeable of the product he was using and what it was going to take to get it done. Very important is punctuality, the Miguel's showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the job 15 mins earlier than their quoted time. Thank you so much Miguel sr. And JR. We reached out to Precision to get epoxy done in our garage. Miguel came by looked at the floors and gave us a quote that includes removing the old epoxy. They did explain the increase in price compared to what was initially quoted, which was understandable. We accepted the price and scheduled for the work to be done, absolutely no negotiation on price was done by us. We heard Miguel say why its expensive and felt that was the case. All communication was professional. Two days before the installation, we get a text from Miguel saying that they cannot do the work that they have previously agreed, reason being that they have given lots of thought and that they cannot remove the old epoxy. We spent a weekend emptying the garage and prepping garage for the work, all to know that they are not going to able to do it. With the wind situation, we had to move all the stuff back in garage. One star is for not keeping your agreement and making us go through multi-day wasted effort. Additional update - We did get the epoxy done couple weeks later with another company we found on yelp. They were able to get rid of the old epoxy within in couple hours on the day of installation, the price was similar to what Precision has quoted. read more

I just got my new flooring in today after a ton of hiccups mainly due to the condition of my flooring and Miguel was there to guide me throughout the entire way! What seemed like an almost impossible project of getting my retail store floor epoxied turned out to be one of the best experiences I have ever had as a client to a service professional. We first sent out a proposal on Yelp for our flooring at our retail store and Miguel immediately reaches out to us with the best bid by a mile. We thought it was too good to be true until he offers to come down and check out the project risk free and within an hour he was at the store ready to consult us. We were so impressed by his motivation and his passion for his craft that we hired him on the spot. To make a long story short, we spent the next few weeks removing tile and getting the floor ready for epoxy and Miguel was always a phone call or text away to answer any questions and provide support. He would check in from time to time and help my team refocus their efforts and eventually get to the point where we were ready for our new flooring. When it came time to install our flooring, Miguel and his team meticulously prepped the floor and laid the epoxy and the final product looks PHENOMENAL. I never expect any business owner to go above and beyond but Miguel and his team did just that have set the gold standard. Because of his awesome work, we will be hiring him for the exterior paint if the landlord approves that project. These are the kinds of businesses that I am more than happy to continue my relationship with. I don't want to sound cliche but if I could give Precision more than 5 stars I would do it without any hesitation. With the amount peace of mind and awesome value I got working with Precision, I can confidently say that I can't wait to take on the next project with Miguel and his team! read more

Our home looks completely different amazing work, you definitely exceeded our expectations thank you Miguel !!!!

The father/son combination, Miguel and Miguel recently installed epoxy flooring to our two car garage. The were very prompt and explained the installation process very thoroughly. We chose a medium to dark flake color and were are very pleased with the installation. They started at 7:30am and were done by 3:30pm, same day. Others describe a two or three day process and I'm not sure why since Miguel and his dad worked efficiently and allowed enough time between each process. They didn't cut any corners! I would highly recommend them since we are very pleased. We support small businesses and they are a great example of what hard work can accomplish! read more

Let me start by saying what a pleasure it was to work with Miguel. Miguel was on top of every step, explained the process, and we were in constant text/call communication. His quality of work and PRICE were top notch. He truly cares about his customers. I went with the flake Polyaspartic floor (highly Recommend 5-6 times stronger than regular epoxy) and it was the best choice I could of made for my garage. I have attached before and after photos to show what a great job he did. My neighbors are in awe of my garage and I have have referred Miguel to them. read more

We found Precision Epoxy through Yelp. Miguel Jr promptly responded and we scheduled an in home estimate. Several companies wanted me to provide the exact square footage via text and/or email for a quote. I didn't feel comfortable providing accurate information and Miguel happily came out for a quote and discussed the process and product. We received 4 quotes total and decided on Precision. Miguel Jr was thorough, reasonable in price and in our opinion the most transparent of any company we spoke with. Our job took 3 day. Miguel and his Father were early every single day and cleaned the workspace daily. Communication was excellent and end product was gorgeous. Miguel encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns once the floors were completely dry. I'd highly recommend Precision Epoxy to anyone in the market. He made dealing with a contractor very easy! Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Precision Epoxy Floors. Miguel was extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling. Due to the location of our home and weather conditions, the floors dried slower than anticipated and Miguel and his team came back the following day without complaint to finish the job. They also were meticulous with taping the walls and cleaning up, which I really appreciated. All around a great experience and the finished product looks amazing.
