After spending many frustrating hours in my garage trying to install trailer brakes myself, I…read morefinally decided to call a professional. It was the best decision I could have made. I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. My trailer originally didn't have brakes, and I thought it would be a simple project--but I was completely wrong. I found this company on Google, gave them a call, and just three days later they came out to do the installation. My first impression was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. Their work truck was clean, they were well-organized, and all three technicians were professional and respectful. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. The attention to detail really stood out. I've already put a few hundred miles on the trailer and launched my boat several times, and everything has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any trailer brake installation or trailer repair. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. Thank you!

I took it back to the shop multiple times and it's documented in receipts stating my concern was that there was a leak starting when I had to prime the engine. After about 3 weeks, they gave the truck back and said bring it back in about 100 miles. After I brought it back, it was decided that the head gasket was leaking. Not sure I agree with that as the truck continued the leak issue after I got it back. I took it back again and was told they were unable to replicate my concerns. I finally pulled out my wheel well cover and was able to find the water in fuel sensor leaking. After a $37 part replacement and about 30 minutes of my time, the leak is gone, there is no more long crank issue (which I was suggested to buy a $2300 fuel sender) and my truck is running great. I really don't feel like my concerns were properly addressed. And I feel like this was a big push for upselling. Disappointing.

My truck drove straight but I wanted to be sure. I took it to a dealership and they made their adjustments, but when I got it back it tracked to the left, pulled to the right, and the steering wheel wobbled at 40-50 mph. I returned it to them and they attempted several times to correct the alignment. 4 hours later the manager provided me with their readouts and said the tires need to be warrantied. Being that my truck was driving straight and had none of the issues prior, I couldn't put my complete trust in their recommendations and workmanship. My car was completely disabled and the brakes were grinding metal to metal and in less than 1 hour I was up and running again! He was super patient with me (I am not automobile inclined) as we tried to diagnose my issue over the phone so that he could give me an accurate quote. I truly believe that any mechanic I have ever met, including my own brother, would have found a way to shake some coin off of me before helping me solve a problem, but Nick was up front about the prices (more than reasonable) and knowledgeable, giving me some troubleshooting ideas and a few options to best accomodate me. I won't bore you with the details (I have a small leak in my hydraulics), but I appreciate that he didn't insist that I make repairs, like a doctor or a dad would do. And he wanted to know how my troubleshooting worked out, calling him back either way, like a date dropping you off at your house and waiting for you to turn on your porch light to make sure you're safe. Anyway, this might sound weird, but I am actually looking forward to my next automobile issue because I want to give Nick my business. I trust him completely, and you don't hear many people say that nowadays. :) Thanks, Nick!!

As a result, after long searching and several very unsatisfactory and expensive experiences with other RV shops, I will be bringing my rig around to try and address some ongoing issues.
