They came really fast and got my battery started in no time the technician was was very friendly as well

Very Reliable, Very Honest and Very fast. Best price in town shout out to James for helping me

so they offered to sell us a battery with a 1 year warranty and we bought it from them. The battery turns out to have a bad cell and we call them to come out and replace the battery. They said they need to charge $70 to come out and replace, or I can take it to the store they purchased from to have it switched. They never gave a receipt after doing a zelle transaction so when I showed up to that shop they said the best they can do is recharge it. After selling us a bad battery, they wanted to still charge us for them to come out and switch it. also, you see a lot of positive reviews because they knock off a couple of bucks if you write them a good one. they were indeed fast but do not rely on them for any warranties. read more

Louie was incredible today when we needed help with our flat tire. Our car was on an incline and he tackled the project with ease. Our spare tire's location and the process for accessing it would have given anyone trouble, but Louie made it look like it was no problem at all. Our experience was great - Louie helped make the best of a stressful situation. He was fast. He was friendly. He exceeded all of our expectations. Our family HIGHLY recommends this business!! read more

My car battery dies after leaving the doors open for 4 hours. I requested a jump start. They were unable to get it started. They said it was because the battery had to be replaced. The car was able to be jump started after they left. When I called back to let them know about this, James said that it was because a car was used to jump start it, and that makes a difference. Charging it is different than jumping. They only jump. I told him that I was going to let my insurance carrier would be made aware. James said, "I don't care if you're not happy." No problem, here is my experience for other people to see that you try to upsell a battery, instead of getting a customer going... read more

I cannot thank Moe from Lacoste RS enough!! My battery died tonight, which is New Years Eve....Most of the Toyota Roadside companies were running about 2 hours to help!! Moe was there in 30 minutes!!! He was polite, kind and super friendly. He showed me that my battery was "yucky" and was super apologetic that he did not have a new one on hand to install...He didn't try to upsell me ANYTHING..Just jumped the battery, advised me to go straight home and get a new battery in the morning. What a great ending to a crappy year. I'm super grateful to Moe and Lacoste RS read more

Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the young man that helped me but I can definitely say that he provided excellent customer service. He came out to my home to replace the battery and made sure that it was working and installed properly before leaving. He was quick and very reasonably priced. I also have a five year warranty on that battery, which was three years longer than the one quoted at AutoZone. read more

Louie was an absolutely life saver! Thank you for the courteous service provided and getting me back on the road quickly.

Drained Battery and car will not start. Louie was knowledgeable, friendly, and polite while providing exceptional service. My car battery is in the trunk and Louie was aware that the vehicle had a positive connection under the hood in the engine bay. Louie was able to start up my vehicle and gave me suggestions on how long and far I should drive to recharge the battery. His advice worked and the vehicle is fine. 5 stars. Thanks read more

Arrived within the hour, extremely nice and friendly. If I ever need another tow service I hope my road side calls them again.

I ran out of gas and I called my Farmers insurance roadside service contact. They dispatched Lacoste roadside services. They were here within a minute of the promised time. The gentleman that helped me was kind and professional and knowledgeable and we talked about the service and maintenance of vehicles as he put gas in my car. A very good experience. Was waiting for over an hour for "SK Towing & Recovery LLC" to come help me on a lockout and when I called they had cancelled my service without notifying me. My insurance got a hold of Lacoste and they said they were going to come in about 35-65 min and they were there in 35 min. James from Lacoste was apologetic for the bad experience with the other company, was friendly, and did the job fast. Keep up the reliability and honesty! read more

The worst!! Don't contact this piece of shit company. They left me stranded, they said I was in a dangerous area and needed to move. When I asked where they didn't tell me where and just took off. read more

Poor communication. This provider was dispatched by my insurance roadside assistance. I was quoted 30-45 minute wait. Over an hour later and with no text, phone call, or messages from provider, I received a call from my insurance company checking to see if everything was resolved. Like even the insurance company assumed it would've been completed already. When I tried to call Lacoste directly, there was no answer, and it appeared that the line was disconnected. They texted me afterward but claimed they didn't show up because I told insurance company to cancel the call. I only spoke to insurance company after over 75 minutes had passed. They also claimed to have been onsite at the time. How come I didn't get any tracking, any message, any communication or answer on the phone? If they were onsite, I definitely would've seen them, since I was in a wide open space. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication or accountability. I was luckily able to locate another service provider through my Life 360 app who arrived very promptly and sent tracking to keep me apprised of their location. If you have a choice of roadside service providers, avoid this one, unless you like to be kept in the dark. I will also be connecting with my insurance company to provide additional feedback about this provider in their network. read more

My car battery died last night, and I needed to get to work. I have roadside assistance through my auto insurance. Though the insurance company's website is poorly setup, I was finally able to get a dispatch for a jump start. Insurance site stated 60-90 minute window (ugh!), yet James from Lacoste Roadside was there within 20 minutes and I was quickly off to work. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. The battery was the original one from purchase and it was over 5 years old, so it was time for a battery purchase. James had let me know that Lacoste also sold batteries and gave me a ball park quote; after checking out prices from various auto supply stores, I saw that Lacoste price was quite fair and they came to my house to install the next morning. I definitely recommend this company for both it's service and products! read more

Fantastic service! Prompt and professional!! Thanks again guys! Having a dead battery is no bueno LOL

Nope. Horrible. When they worked for Nissan they are acting weird. I waited over 2 hours. Each time I called first they said they will be there in an hour. Than we waited and it was less than 30 minutes. And 4 minutes. No one come. You can't call or text them. They don't call you. Very un responsible company. Finally I received another text (after over one hour) they are not coming. Don't work with this company. read more
