That didn't answer my question, so I asked him if the brand was Denso, and he said "yes, that's Japanese, right?" Aside from my interaction with him, I saw Langston being rude and giving attitude to my guy Carson after he came back from his break for no reason at all. I ended up going elsewhere to get the job done with the same Denso part for $100 less (close to the original quote that Carson gave me). Moral of the story is that I don't trust Langston, and I certainly don't like how he was treating Carson. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude today was enough to make me question coming back here in the future (which is unfortunate because everyone else here is really kind and patient). Over the following three weeks, I sent multiple text messages and called several times, all of which were ignored. After getting nowhere, I called from a different number--and suddenly Jesse answered. His excuse was that he had been "busy." I asked him to send me my money back and he hung up and blocked my number. In total, nearly two months passed after he took my money with no communication, no follow-up, and no attempt to complete the service. Being busy may explain a delayed response. It does not explain ignoring a paying customer for over two months while continuing to keep their money. That is not poor time management; it is poor business practice. There was an $80 diagnostic fee, so technically I am only out $40. Financially, it is not a huge loss. Professionally, however, it says everything I need to know about this business. A reputable business does not take payment, fail to complete the agreed-upon service, ignore every attempt at communication, and then offer excuses only after being reached from a number it does not recognize. The motorcycle needed a diagnosis, but the bigger problem turned out to be the business itself: unreliable, unresponsive, and completely lacking in accountability. It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

JR himself gives an amazing warm welcome, gave me a more than fair install price per tire, and started on it immediately. No waiting. The guys are now my only stop for tires and wheels. Good news was it can be fixed and bad news was it wouldn't be ready until Monday (it was Friday afternoon) I asked how much he said 100 dollars Cool done deal Not once did he say it was a hit or miss. Long story short they didn't call Monday they called back Tuesday and said the rim was ready to go. When I arrived the guy explained that he fixed it but the sealer he applied would only last so long and that it looked like the tire bead was old.As I leave I go put gas and check the air and it was 2.3 psi So I put air Immediately I hear the tire letting out air I call them back and they told me to bring it back in As I do I asked if I can order a tire from them but they said they didn't carry the large size tire I needed They only offered a discount on mount and balance which I would still come out of pocket. So I paid 100 dollars for a fix that wasn't able to be done but was told it can be done and yet couldn't have the audacity to issue me a refund or at least half of what I paid for.It sucks because it be your own kind of people that do you wrong and we are living in a time where every dollar counts. I would never bring these people business ever again. As you can see the tire shop is now adding that they told me it would be 50/50 chance of it working and that is an absolute lie. If that would've been the case why would I take the risk of losing money on something you guys might not be able to fix? Same residue last shop left is the same your tire shop did as well. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

So, I got on my phone and searched for transmission specialist close to me(in La Mirada) A whole list came out, I check many, read the reviews, and this one came out to check, Full Service Auto Repairs 14747 Artesia Blvd Ste 3D La Mirada, CA 90638 714-357-8369 I called and Francis answered, I explained him the issue, and he says I must inspect the vehicle to give you a diagnosis. Do you need towing service to bring the car. So my vehicle was towed to his location that Wednesday afternoon. On Saturday morning Francis contacted me and asked me, "Who replaced your front axle drive shaft? I had it replaced on September the 3rd. Francis informed, me they install the wrong drive shaft. To make it really short, Francis asked me the information of the repair shop that worked in my vehicle. From there he took over, contacted the repair shop owner, explained what he found and caused damages in my car transmission and directly dealed with the other shop. Fortunately, the other shop that replaced the drive shaft, took full responsibility for the repairs needed (drive shaft replacement and transmission repair). Now we must understand this, here is a shop owner communicating directly with other shop owner, something that you will not get from any other Full Service Auto Repairs shop, all in behave of a client. Francis handled this like only a man of God and a person who love and honor his profession, will have done, with total honesty! I picked my Avalon 2007 today afternoon, after business hours, Francis was waiting for me. He handled me a receipt copy for over $6,600 that include 12 months or 12k miles Parts and Labor (he used original Toyota parts). Asked me to signed and release the vehicle to me. He replaced the radiator and water pump, repositioned the external transmission cooler, and replaced the tail housing gasket on the transmission. My truck has never run cooler transmission temps than it does now. Francis is very knowledgeable and actually understands how these older trucks heat up when you're towing or sitting in traffic. He explained what he was doing and why instead of just slapping parts on. If you need cooling or transmission work done right, take it to Francis.
