He told me that this particular dent was not workable due to its location and the make of the car having reinforcement in the door. He packed up his stuff and was ready to leave. I asked him what I owed him, and he was not willing to take any money because he was not satisfied with what he had done. When I looked at the car, it was SIGNIFICANTLY improved. He did manage to remove a lot of the unsightly dent and clean off the paint from the other car that smacked into my door. I gave him some cash anyway.
