Was involved in a minor fender bender that required rear quarter panel work, a wheel replacement,…read moreand a bumper respray. Given Audi's high-quality paint and metallic color, I was concerned about how well the repair would blend on a 9-year-old vehicle. C&C did a phenomenal job--the paint match is flawless, and I wouldn't know the car had ever been in an accident. Andrea handled all communication with the rental company and insurance carrier, keeping me updated throughout the process with regular communication and photo updates. When my insurance company attempted to use a recycled wheel, the shop advocated on my behalf and secured approval for a new OEM wheel to ensure the repair was completed properly. As a final touch, they detailed the entire vehicle before returning it to me, which was an unexpected surprise. The car looks brand new. Hopefully I won't need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, C&C will be my first call.

I got scammed...big time. Brought my Honda Pilot in for Hail Damage Repair. Got a good quote, and…read morebrought in my car. He was supposed to fix everything (Hood, drivers side) but we agreed he would not repair the damage up on the roof where it wasn't visible. They called to say the hood was a problem, and would not be repairable. He wanted to replace the hood with a new hood at an additional charge of $2,500. I said no. He repaired the agreed to damage other than the hood, but still charged me $1,400 more than the original estimate. I complained that the bill was higher than the original estimate, and not all the agreed work was done. Clearly, at least $1,000 should have been reduced from the bill. They refused to understand, and refused to reduce the bill. They demanded more than the original amount. A rating of 1 is too high for them.

I asked to get it fixed was told that I had to go to their shop Collison Corner, in Maple Plaine. The disaster began when I took it to their repair shop were they clearly were not qualified, and painted it, stripped it and repainted it again. They gave me the car back 3 times being multiple colors. It took 6 weeks for them to give me a garbage paint job. It literally opened and cracked all over the side panels, hood, door panels. I spent months trying to work with John O'Sullivan, who owns the gas station, who just stopped answering, his friend Curt the owner of Collison would not take my calls, after promising to fix it for months. Curts front desk lady told me stop calling he is not going to bother calling you back nor will he fix it.I have pictures taken before, during and after from the Lexus dealership. I also have emails and photos of all the errors Collison Corners made. It is over $8,000 to repair at the dealership that actually knows what they are doing, and neither business will fix my car. They will not reply or answer calls and have left my car a disaster. I live in the neighborhood will go anywhere but these Holidays or Collison Corner. SKIP
