Marion Blackmon 7 reviews…read morejust nowNEW-Edit Delete I have been a customer of Cool Tech (Randy) since June 2018. Over the years, Randy has serviced two of my properties numerous times and even replaced an AC unit at one of them. Cool Tech (Randy) provided my wife and me with excellent customer service in the past, which prompted us to write a favorable review five years ago (Brwnblk R). However, about two years ago, we informed Randy that we were canceling our priority maintenance agreement, and he assured us that we would receive a refund. Despite countless follow-up phone calls and messages to both Randy and Jeremiah, our concerns have gone unanswered. The lack of communication, failure to issue the promised refund, and overall unethical practices have been extremely disappointing. What once was a positive relationship has unfortunately turned sour, prompting this negative review. I urge other consumers to seek alternative recommendations for heating and air services. Unethical business practices like these should be avoided at all costs. Marion B.

I just ended a 5 year customer relationship with this company. They installed the HVAC system on…read moremy new house in 2021 and I immediately entered into a series of 1 year service contracts with them. My disappointment with them is with scheduling, punctuality, and the experience level of the techs that were assigned to my appointments. It became clear to me that they are not staffed at a sufficient level to handle the number of service agreements they have sold. It was not unusual for me to wait 8-12 weeks to schedule a seasonal "tune up" on either my A/C or furnace. If, for any reason, I had to reschedule an appointment it seemed like I has to wait the same 8-12 weeks for them to find an available date. In the 5 years as a customer I've never had the same technician at my house more than once. I am a strong advocate of supporting local businesses in my area and will typically offer grace to an occasional service failure. I can no longer do this with ALH&A.
