On one, the optic screws on the mounting plate were completely stripped, and on the other, a screw had broken off entirely classic headaches that can turn into big problems if not handled right. Chad got right to work and fixed everything in a timely manner no long waits or excuses. He extracted the broken screw, dealt with the stripped threads professionally, and even went the extra mile by zeroing my green dot sight for me afterward.
