I wanted to write this review, even though my experience is from 2017, because I was looking at his page and the majority of the review are filtered. I am hoping this one will make it through the algo. Nathan cut down the barrel on my SCAR 17 and pinned and welded the muzzle device to make it compliant. I was going to shoot at some private property in a couple days and he was able to accommodate my time restrictions. The accuracy was unchanged and it performed just as well before the modification. I measured the barrel by sticking a dowel down it with the bolt closed and it came out to 16.1", which is exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended. No complaints. read more

He has now completed work on two of my guns and has a third that he is working on now. He is my go to guy now. The only drawback is turn around time. Because it is so "politically incorrect" to be a gun owner, there are not alot of gunsmiths in the area. Because of the high demand and Nathan's high quality of work, he is in high demand. I brought my 16 gauge browning A5 to these guys with a broken safety and a cracked stock. They were able to fix the trigger well without breaking my stock so I could continue to use the gun for the rest of the season then get it replaced. It shot well the next weekend. I have been shooing for over 40 years and can fix most things that go wrong. Over the years I've had to take a few guns to other guns smiths for things I didn't have the tools for. Most of them did not do what I asked, but what they thought I needed. Nathan listens and does not bullshit or tell something to make himself look better. He's a hard working and damn good gunsmith. I had a great old Colt Revolver that needed the barrel replaced. He set the space perfect. Very good price. I would recommend him without question. read more

Needed some help with my AR upper in a pinch so I called up Nathan since he was the closest gunsmith in the area. He was very professional on the phone and I was impressed with his workshop.
