Do not use this guy!! He was hired to empty my pool and clean it so it could be refilled, clean my…read morefilter and repair a broken connector to my filter. The charge for this was $550.00. What he did was empty my pool in a manner which caused ground water to fill up under my liner, he ordered 4 trucks from the water company when he was still empying the pool which cost me $450.00 I had to pay to the water company in fees for the trucks being sent and not being used. He broke the chlorine feeder hose at my filter and taped it on.....he broke my mulivalve which I had to replace as well. In the end I had to hire another company to finish empying my pool, remove the ground water from under my liner, reset my liner so my pool could be filled. I also had to buy a new multivalve and hose so in total to fix what he did it cost me $1100.00. He has also refused to give us a refund and repay us the fee we had to pay the water company for the water he ordered that could not be put into my pool.

Most of them came in around the same price. However, Carlos was the only one who came out for the estimate immediately and the the only one who got back to is promptly, which I appreciated. The Aquafix team started shortly after, answered all my questions along the way and set my mind at ease as a new pool owner. The team's attention to detail was apparent and 2 months later I am grateful they built me a solid pool. 100% would recommend.

Spoke to two and was underwhelmed by the responses and overwhelmed by the estimated costs. And then upon a recommendation I called Swim King. Dennis Galderisi answered the phone and from his the very first words my anxiety came down. Dennis was absolutely great. He clearly knows everything to know about pools and he answered my many questions with tremendous patience. He addressed my cost concerns by suggesting a tailored maintenance approach to how we will use the pool and suggested a number of ways we could do some of the basics and save money. His approach and manner felt sincere and honest. My next step is to get to his store and meet him in person. I am comfortable that I have found a pool professional who I can trust.

I hired Rusty to install an inground pool at my house a while ago and it was nothing short of a disaster. Took my survey and measured wrong. Cut out my septic saying it wasn't needed. Thankfully a good friend of mine who has construction experience had to take over the disaster he created in my yard. Had to hire an engineer to redesign my septic waited over a year for health department approval and had tens of thousands of dollars in new fill to add a new septic system in. His exact words were I don't know much about pools. This was a side job for him. Then he blamed us. Thankfully my town required us to be listed as additional insured on his policy. Haven't heard about this company since. I think maybe he should have started up again under a new name. Yikes be careful people there's a reason why he's the cheapest company out there.
