So I did a lot of research and I settled on Gunner roofing for several reasons. First, they were determined to get my business. They matched every price that I could come up with down to every detail including price of sheeting and installation. I am a very demanding customer, and I leave no stone unturned. They were amazing their patients, politeness and ability to price match in order to get the job. Once the work began they were very Johnny on the spot. They always showed up when they said they would. They did not ever leave a mess. I found no nails or debris at the end of the project, they pulled the proper permits and did everything as promised. I am extremely happy with how the roof turned out and would really love to thank Zack and the crew for doing such a great job. By the way, Zach was the one who I was in communication with the whole time and he was absolutely terrific, extremely professional and I would use this company again in heartbeat, and I highly recommend their services. Unfortunately, someone recommended this company to me and I took them at their word. I mentioned…read morespecifically the things I wanted in a roofing company and they lied about all of them. I wanted someone to come out to look at the roof prior to pricing. I thought they sent roofers, but in retrospect realize they were sales agents. They communicated well when it was time to receive payment but did such a horrible job otherwise. There are nails and a hammer left on the property. 1 month after they completed the job, we are still finding nails. I signed the job with them but when it was time to do our gutters, a random company came to my backyard. At no point was I informed the job would be subcontracted to another company. When I complained, they told me those are Gunner workers using another company's truck because theirs broke down. We have had many repairs and this was by far the worst I've ever had. We kept having to remind them to come after they've gotten our money. The gutters are so poorly done that it's raining currently and it's so loud in the house because the spouts are high off the ground. All you hear is the water gushing down to the lawn. Please do not believe the google reviews. They are very positive but the Yelp reviews matched my experience.

He was at my house a few hours later, taking photos and measurements for an estimate for a new cedar shingle roof. He provided numerous references, all checked out with glowing comments. His pricing was quite fair for this large job. They began work within a week and I was incredibly impressed with his team, how clean they kept the worksite (our front courtyard) and how they cleaned up after each day's work. They were organized, methodical and worked section by section around the entire roof. The men were all hard workers and very kind. The roof is now done to code (wasn't before), with new flashing and the proper protections under the cedar shingles for longevity. Could not be more thrilled. After getting several estimates, we hired green collar to repair our circa1800's front porch roof…read more We wanted to keep our yankee gutters, and Mike worked with us with a design by applying a rubber (EPDM) roof first to seal the yankee gutters, and then added a standing seam roof to its edge so as to keep with the esthetics of the historic home. Very professional with good communication. All the work was done in 3 days time, and we are very pleased with the customer service and final product.
