I canceled my order with the owner named Haik on February 15, 2025, and supposedly the refund was going to be returned within 30 days. Nearly 3 months later, haven't received it. I have made numerous calls and sent multiple emails, and he promises that I will receive it in a week and it's a lie. They won't give me my refund. And now he avoids all my calls . I had the same experience as everyone else. Placed an order in January 2024 and as of Sept 2024 they still couldn't give me an answer because of ships or barges stuck somewhere at port. Original delivery date was 2024. I delayed the project I needed the door for as much as I could and I ended up going with Arturo Iron Door who got the exact same door I needed custom made and installed in a couple of weeks for a much better price. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Fortunately we paid the deposit with our credit card and because we never received the product we were still able to dispute the charge. they claimed to be giving us a refund but then ghosted us. Also, every time I would call, Haik would "sweetheart" me to death which was creepy and his secretary literally screamed at me a few times. Do not use this company, the level of customer service is nonexistent. They were 8 months late with the delivery, the Gate handle has gotten stuck twice, and the gate could not be opened. They asked for my cell phone to call me the second time the handle got stuck and never called me, I had to get a separate Gate Repair company to replace the broken handle from Precise. My doors paint started to bubbling up all over the doors and the bottom of the doors started to crack and paint started to chipping off. I contacted Haik over a year ago and he promised to help me with the repairs and nothing was done. I sent him probably 100's emails and he replied probably 5 times that he ordered the items for me and paint and it's coming it the container from china and it's been over a year and nothing came. I paid in full for a garage door in September of 2023 and still haven't received it. I call them several times a week for updates and I'm told that they're waiting for an installer because their installer disappeared on them in July 2024. Great Iron door and great company to work with. I had a custom iron door made based off of one I had seen from another company and Percise was less expensive then the other company. The features that Percise Iron Door offered were far superior to the other company. My door has a solid not hollow frame. Percise also had a much larger choice of colors which complimented my house better. Lastly, Percise doors have a magnetized screen option that allows you to put on and take off the screen whenever you want. We love opening the two glass panels and letting fresh air come into the house. The door is gorgeous and we get compliments all the time. It is our favorite feature in the house. read more

I have been waiting one year for my doors. They pick up the phone and always say that the doors are coming. They pretend like they are checking on the doors and will take a picture of the mystery doors so they can prove that the doors have been made. They have even pretended like they know which shipping container the doors are in. It's honestly laughable. The women that answer the phone or really nice. They have no access to email or anything useful, and Haik, the salesman / boss, does not email or talk on the phone once the deposit has been paid. I have not heard from him since February. It's hard to understand what the scam is here. I guess they borrow my deposit for the doors until I eventually do a chargeback on my card? I was not expecting the doors to arrive as quickly as they promised, as I had read a bunch of reviews. I assumed that the doors would eventually arrive. I'm guessing somebody's getting doors from these people? This company goes through a lot of effort to mock up custom doors. Its not cheap to answer phone calls for people that are angry about getting ripped off either. It would be easier to just make the doors and ship them. The whole experience has been ridiculous. We contacted precise iron firs in March of 2023 with intend to purchase a door for our house, Hayk assured us that we are going to see the high quality door on our house in 2-3 month due to tedious process of quality control... 1st delay We contacted Hayk in 3 month time to see what the status is and to see if we possibly missed the delivery of this high quality door with tedious process of high quality control. At that time we were told that there is a one month delay due to current politics of USA and China effecting shipping time (and now we know where it's coming from). 2nd delay After political ambiguity with china settled down we contacted Hayk again to find out when are we going to be able to get our door, at that point we found out California port workers are on the strike and there is no one to unload the boat, my husband offered to personally fly to California and unload the boat. Hayk assured nothing like this happened before and we are definitely getting our door by Christmas! 3rd Delay Christmas's time is very busy time for most of the businesses that rely on shipping. Hayk told us that once holidays are done we' Mummy re getting our shipment. 4th Delay Supply chain issue. Hayk secretary told us that there is supply chain issues in China and they are having hard time locating glass. This is how we found out our door is still in china. 5th delay back to shipping issues Somewhere in March of 2024. At this point Hayk has not replied or called back to our multiple requests to refund the money. We filled out paperwork for refund provided by receptionist and awaiting our money. At this point we are trying to get our funds back and calling every week just to be told that Hayk we'll call us back, but he never did and at this point I don't think he exists. The final It is now the end of July, we filed our request for refund in March 2024 and are yet to receive the refund. The receptionist recommended contacting Art (who is almost like a Pokémon that you have to catch with your phone only). He does not come to office and his whereabouts are unknown, so if you're lucky and you're able to catch him - he might be able to return your money to you, but your chances are slim to none. I recommend to everyone who is in the same situation as us to fine an Attourney General complaint and take them straight to court. read more

After promises of delivery every month here we are over a year later and I still have no door and I cannot even get a call back from owner or anyone that can help. I sent a request to cancel this order as instructed on July 15th, 2024, and was promised to be sent a form to complete. It is now 09/17/2024 and I cannot get any response. We've been dealing with this company for over five months now, and the level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. We initially requested parts for the door last year, only to be told they were ordered and would be shipped soon. Weeks passed, and we were informed that the parts were on backorder. Fast forward to three weeks ago - we called again and were told that the parts were no longer on backorder and would be shipped immediately. Well, here we are, three weeks later, and still nothing. When we reached out to inquire about the status, we were told the company had "no way of knowing" if the parts were even shipped. This is ridiculous. After paying so much for a door, we're now stuck with a door we can't even close. We tried to contact the manager/owner directly via email, but he never responded. The receptionist said she had personally left multiple messages for him on our behalf and assured us he was the only one who could help. She even told us to be more patient--more patient?? I was given the option to add a wireless keypad lock which I found very convenient and added an extra level of security to our home. I love how my project was entirely customizable and nothing was impossible. We received multiple quotes from competitors and none could compete with the great value that only Precise could offer. This business is committing fraud. I made the mistake of ordering a door. I looked at their reviews on their site, and it sounded great. The salesmen were super responsive and helpful. They took my order in Oct and I was told the door was in stock and the order would be delivered by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came & went and no door. I called again and was told 2-3 more weeks. I am so very pleased with not only the initial decision to have Haik and team design and install our gorgeous iron decorative front doors (7 years ago) but also their STAND OUT customer service!! Overtime, our doors lost a bit of their beautiful antique finish as they are exposed to the outdoor elements. Just a horrible experience. We purchased a door July 17 of 2024 and was told it would arrive by the of August. Well, August became September, then October and so on. Finally, we cancelled the order and formally requested a refund. After a significant stall, we were told that refunds need to be requested via a specific form which said refunds would be processed in 30 days. We're now 60 days and waiting. The receptionist is very sweet, but is powerless. The brass hides behind closed doors and responds with cryptic emails indicating the request has been processed.
