The sales representative- Sarkis, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us toward the best option without any pressure. We drove down from the Bay Area to check out the doors on a Saturday, and Sarkis was kind enough to accommodate us even though we reached the showroom at almost closing time. He did not rush us and even offered to open the showroom for us the next day (Sunday), but luckily we loved the door that we selected as soon as we saw it. He even let us customize the front and the back of the door. See picture attached. What really stood out was the level of service after the purchase (which was almost 7 months after the door was delivered and installed, since our project was running behind schedule!). We were initially a bit concerned about moving away from custom doors, but we chose the wider bevel option, and they look great. We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. Recently, we needed to repair one of the screens after our pet ran into it, and their team was very accommodating in helping us out. Which includes drywall, even the drilling bits, screws etc. Since the job is done in time, he and other helpers stay later till 10pm to finish the job, i agreed to pay him $125 and let him go.
