He was very nice, so I brought in the old windows so he could measure them for a precise cut. He was able to do it while I waited, which was nice. They fit great! I have used this company before and honestly in the beginning they were very good and professional. The owner Andy recently lost many of his good installers and is now trying to learn how to install glass with his current installers, which are not only sloppy but don't do the job properly. Yes, the owner does not know how to install. After our client used his shower 72 hours after the shower door was installed we came across leaking. Everyone who reads this please note the company installed two shower doors on two different bathrooms. Upon noticing leaks in the master bath, I had looked into the finish product of the second bathroom shower door. Note the crew had to come back because the didn't install it plumb and blamed our tile installers. After they came back and brought a level they saw it was their fault. The second bath silicone seal was done sloppy, and there was gaps! And the icing on the cake??? The hardware we selected was black that came with black screws. The installers did not properly screw the hardware in and ruined the screws. But no worries, w little sharpie should do the trick!! pictures attached. When I asked Andy to please address this, he asked me to sign receipts of my already paid payments and said he would be charging for service call. I respectfully declined which was followed by Andy cursing at me for no reason. I have text messages of our entire conversation in which I sent photos of all the bad areas and he told me he won't do anything until I sign the receipt. He even threatened to put a lien on my clients house, which they are aware of after I showed them the text messages, and they will go directly to the CSLB to file a complaint if that ever happens. After installing 5 frameless shower enclosures and 2 frameless glass balcony railings (with one more on the way!) to our just-renovated home, we couldn't be happier. A bit over a month after they came to fix a shower door leak, it was leaking again..... theresa was very clear there would be a charge for a service call, as they had not put the door in, they did not want the responsibility .... 3 guys came to look at it, all 3 told me it was unfixable due to the slant of the floor....hmmm.....for 7 years, the shower door worked fine.... $120 for a service call...if they do anything or not. I would not recommend Glass Definition! If you can't fix the leak due to the slant of the floor, why didn't they tell me that or warn me the first time? and then to come back and say you can't fix it.... a small service charge is fine....but $120?
