Simon and his team are awesome. They're responsive, reliable, show up when they say they will, and their work is so clean. At this point, I'm not even shopping around for glass work anymore. Broken window? Simon. Shower glass? Simon. Random glass-related catastrophe I haven't encountered yet? Also Simon. They've officially become my glass people, whether they like it or not. Seriously though--excellent work, great communication, and people you can actually count on. I'll only be calling them for any glass needs from now on. Highly recommend! read more

I found Samon/Canoga Glass through Yelp, and it turned out to be a lucky break. They offer American-made windows at a very affordable price -- a much better value than the lower-quality products sold at the big box stores. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Amazingly, they accommodated my schedule and installed all the windows in just one day. It was unbelievable. They also replaced rotten wood at a very reasonable cost. I was so impressed with their workmanship, professionalism, and pricing that I even recommended them to one of the top Realtors in the Los Angeles area. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality windows and outstanding service. read more

In a time when so many contractors seem determined to upsell you on things you simply don't need, Simon from Canoga Park Glass is a breath of fresh air. His focus is on figuring out what actually needs to be done and solving the problem properly. My son purchased a mid-century modern home with original single-pane windows, along with windows that had broken sashes, failed glass, wouldn't open correctly, and had a number of other issues. Simon carefully assessed everything and offered thoughtful, practical solutions for each problem. He showed up when he said he would, was incredibly knowledgeable, and simply got the job done. My son genuinely looked forward to his visits, and I always enjoyed talking through the different options with him. This kind of honest, straightforward service has become increasingly hard to find. If you have the opportunity to work with Simon, take advantage of it. He is exactly the kind of contractor you hope to find. read more

Would 1000% recommend Simon. Very responsive and very knowledgeable. He got my glass door that I needed ASAP for escrow done very quickly. Word for word he said "Listen David. Don't worry. I will take care of it". Care of it he did. He gave me updates as he had the glass ready and when he will be at the house. He cleaned up after himself and left everything pristine. Good price with amazing customer service. Can't beat that in this economy! read more

They provided excellent and professional service when I asked for six custom cut precision pieces of 3/16" clear glass for a display case that I am making. He suggested to get the edges flat and polished which will benefit the construction of the display case. I ordered the glass in the afternoon and had it the next day. Great service and quality. The shower door in one of my rental units had started sticking -- the track was somehow bent even though it had only been installed about a year earlier. I called Simon at Canoga Park Glass, and he didn't forget me. A week later he followed up, and by the next week he was out after 4 PM on a Monday to take care of it. He and his team spent several hours carefully taking the entire mechanism apart, installing new wheels, and putting everything back together. We never did figure out how the track got bent, but Simon fixed it perfectly and charged a very fair price considering the amount of work (three guys for several hours, plus the drive all the way to Thousand Oaks). Simon truly stands behind his work -- reliable, thorough, and professional. Honestly, why would I ever go anywhere else for glass work? read more

Last Friday, during the afternoon of a holiday weekend, my home was burglarized while I was on my way to the hospital to see my husband, who has been fighting for his life in the intensive care unit. The burglars smashed the window of an exterior French door. Already frazzled from worrying about my husband, I was rattled by the break-in, which left a 6-foot-high gaping hole in the door from my patio to the family room--and the thousands of glass shards covering the floor. I jumped onto Yelp!, looking for a local glass company. The first company I contacted had a time frame of 7-10 days to replace the custom window of the French door. Then I phoned Canoga Park Glass Company. Simon, the owner, was on his way back to the valley from Beverly Hills and told me he would come directly to my home. After measuring, Simon and his crew removed the glass that covered half of my family room. Then they covered the gigantic hole in the door. Within 3 hours of the burglary, the mess was cleaned up, and my door was secured. Because of the holiday weekend, it took 4 days for the custom window to arrive. Simon's meticulous crew installed it beautifully, and my French door looks like new. And I will never forget Simon's kindness and sensitivity to my circumstances! read more

Simon at Canoga Park Glass delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and extremely prompt and his pricing was very competitive. What really set him apart was that he went above and beyond the scope of the job: while repairing our glass fence panels, he proactively inspected nearby areas to make sure nothing else was affected and addressed those issues at no extra charge. That level of care and integrity is rare. Highly recommend Simon and Canoga Park Glass and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Simon and his crew did an amazing job with the glass for our fire feature. He had great recommendations on the design of the glass structure for both aesthetics and structural durability. He also provided helpful guidance on the type of glass and metal fasteners and personally showed up with his crew on the installation date to ensure everything went smoothly. His team was meticulous in their work and went above and beyond to ensure the glass installation was done well with extra safeguards to ensure it will be fully secure, especially given the crazy winds we get here in our neighborhood and the fact that the structure sits next to our pool. We highly recommend Canoga Park Glass and will use them again on future projects! read more

They never pick up when you call. When they do, the person quotes a price and doesn't remember what price he quotes you. Then when you ask to proceed with the work, they schedule an appointment with you and NEVER SHOW up to the appointment. Then you call them back to see if they're coming, they say yes, but never tell you when. If you want to deal with this kind of unprofessionalism, and give it 5 STARS, more power to you. I try to use family businesses, but I think I'll pass on this one. read more
