This place is amateur hour. When they asked me to put down a deposit via Venmo I confirmed with them the phone number to use, then after I paid, they called me saying the payment didn't go through because they gave me the wrong number...even though they confirmed it was the right one?? Wtf. So guess who had to spend an hour on the phone with Venmo to resolve it - me. Then on the day of install, as they were starting to finish up I poked my head in to check on them and ask if everything was going ok, the guy goes, 'we were sent the wrong hinges and can't finish the job'. First off, I had to ask how things were going for him to bring this to my attention. Then I had to wait another week for them to come back and finish the job. I just bought this house and moved in and this pushed my timeline off completely. Then I called the company to demand some sort of a refund and she says 'the workers don't make that much money' ummm ok then maybe be a better employer and pay them more?? Unsure how that's my problem. Save your money and go with a more professional company that know what they're doing. read more
