It is totally mystifying how this guy gets a 4.8 on Yelp. He was absolutely terrible in numerous ways. When people in the 1-star reviews describe him as a clown, you will see there is a reason that they seem to pick that word. I used him because his quote was about $300 cheaper and figured he was just running a leaner shop. He was easy to communicate with at first and didn't have a lot of unnecessary rigamarole. Well...I will not belabor the punchline: It cost me $200 extra dollars after all because he manufactured the door wrong in a way that he (not I, because I didn't know it had a pivot hinge) could have easily figured out would not work according to basic geometry (he claimed that "no one could have figured this out beforehand"...I kid you not). His bill is literally arranged so that you think things are included in the total but they aren't; he also tried to charge me tax on labor and then (badly) pretended it was a mistake when I figured it out (this was also hidden in his confusing calculations - this was probably the most obvious evil thing he did). He did not arrange it so that the GLASS, unframed door didn't crash into the sink (something my handymand figured out by adding an extra gap guard to hold it back - something he should have done anyway because the gap was too big and leaked), the shower also leaks from the bottom because it wasn't properly sealed. AND...and he got the measurements slightly off on one of the walls so it's angled slightly. (I have to admit that I didn't notice the last part right away, so I never complained about that....I gave up when he promised to come back and fix the leak but totally blew me off.) Oh wait, I forgot, the door crashes into the sink *by itself* because it has a sprung pivot hinge that forces the door OPEN past the center position. Which he didn't warn me about even though the sink proximity was a huge deal. He claimed this was the only hinge in existence so we had no choice, which is ridiculous, but also not warning me or anticipating the issue was even more ridiculous. I have had other glass work done since, and had ZERO problems. None, absolutely none of these issues are forgiveable either due to intention or gross incompetence or lack of discussion, not to mention his absolute lack of contrition. Except when I confronted him about the tax and he suddenly was all apologies because he thought I hadn't paid him yet. Then when I told him I had already paid him, he was a jerk again, lol. The one thing they did right was to make sure the door didn't collide with the other bathroom fixtures. And the guy that worked for him was friendly. I suppose if the has a straightforward job and hasn't overcommitted, maybe his work pans out. I just can't explain these reviews. The quality of the glass and top frame are ok. But the measurements and waterproofing (not to mention the wrong hinge and bad door) were failures. I would not use this guy not only because he's a risk, but on principle alone. The owner of this company is a con artist and an absolute lier. If you don't want your time to be wasted, lied to and your money to be taken for a job they never intend to do then please stay as far away from these buffoons as possible! I unfortunately made the mistake of calling this company to come out and give me a quote on my clients ADU shower glass doors. The owner came out with 3 other guys to measure In which as they were taking measurements, one of his employees dropped a metal level on the newly finished bathroom tile floors causing it to crack. I decided to not say anything and waited a few days to receive a quote from them. After following up multiple times the owner finally provided me a quote. We came to an agreement on the total project price and agreed for them to come back out to remeasure everything one more time since they did not have the measurements correct even though these buffoons took 30 min taking measurements of 2 simple showers with 3 people few days prior. Meanwhile my clients had a few other companies that they got quotes from on their own and wanted to move forward with a particular one however I convinced them to go with this company instead. After setting up an appointment for these guys to come out and remeasure, they had me (as the contractor) and my client waiting all day for these clowns to show up however they never did. My client had 2 doctors appointments that they ended up cancelling for no reason. When I texted the company owner asking why he never showed up to the appointment he said he wasn't going to make it in the next few days and that he needed a deposit for the job even though he never bought materials, never showed up to take correct measurements and never sent me a contract for this project. It was then that I realized we got played all along and his intentions was never to do this job, he just wanted to take the deposit and run. In the end even though this clown wasted everyone's time, broke the bathroom tile which I have to fix out of my own pocket however in the long run I dodged a huge bullet by not sending him a deposit! I hope this review will prevent others from being scammed by the owner of the company like I was about to get scammed if I wasn't a contractor myself and didn't know any better! Update on my review after the owners response: - You are claiming that you answered hundreds of questions but yet you couldn't show up to the 2nd appointment to take correct measurements before starting the job or better yet answer your phone when a customers calls to see why you had not showed up to the appointment. As a licensed contractor myself, I am obligated to answer any and every question that my customer asks me whether that's one question or 1000 questions before I start the project. You claim I wanted the best quality work for? Isnt that what every customer expects and Isn't that required as a licensed contractor from the California state license board? Or do you think your going to take peoples money and do piss poor work in return without the customer asking any questions. -As far as wanting a cheaper price, even though your price was highway robbery, you agreed to $4150 with a credit card payment as you will soon see in the photos attached. When I told you to show up again and take correct measurements before fabrication started, you refused to spent $5 on gas to come back, instead, you wanted me to Zelle you a deposit even though you never send me a contract which you are legally required by CSLB and your measurements were not correct as I confirm myself therefore your only intentions was to take money and never do the work. If a customer/contractor is telling you that your measurements are way off you would hope that it would be in your best interest to measure 10 times and cut once. You are an absolute con artist and I hope that no other customer falls for your tricks. Last, but not least every professional contractor that I know cares about their customers input and experience, but since you are not, then I guess that's why it doesn't matter to you. Original Review (~October 10th 2024) We used him to install a sliding glass shower door. His rate was very economical and the door looked great. But fast forward a few months and the door started to jam. My wife and the house cleaner got stuck in the shower cubicle more than once. By the time we made time to reach out to him, he told us the warranty had expired and would need to charge us to service it. Bottom line: Don't trust this clown. You have many better options in the area. His work looks nice but he is a hustler and a pain in behind to deal with after the job is done. I'd give him a zero if yelp would let me. I don't believe his reviews. I feel like he is buying his rating through yelp. Update on October 17th, 2024: I plan to keep updating this on my journey to fix the shower door that has troubled us from soon after installation. Javier is amazing! Two guys came originally just to fix a shower door that was off alignment. The hinges needed to be replaced. Javier measured and someone from the office brought the exact hinges over to match the rest of the shower. Also the bottom of another glass panel where silicone was done -water had gotten in and eventually mold was showing under the clear silicone. These guys removed all the silicone cleaned the mold and it's looks so great. Also replaces the plastic around the doors that was discolored and gross. My showers looks new and great again. Great service! All of a sudden, my swing shower door started to make a loud noise when opening & closing. This shower is only about 4 years old so I was not happy that this happened. I had a feeling something went wonky with one of the hinges. I called All Glass Work due to the good reviews. Hadi took my call right away & said he'd send his guys to take a look later the same day. I was impressed! Two really nice guys came by & felt that the hinges would need to be replaced. They sent Hadi pictures & measurements so he could order them. They did make a few adjustments & the noise stopped! But they said it was common for the problem to return so probably better to replace the hinges. I seldom write reviews, especially the negative ones. I've given the owner (Hadi) of this business, a day to reflect on the situation in the hope that he would recognize his wrongdoings, own up to the situation, and apologize for his lies. Unfortunately, he did not, hence I am sharing my experience. I recently ordered a new shower enclosure from Hadi. He responded quickly and gave us a quote. He showed up with one of his guys; most likely one of his subcontractors, doing the job for him. Hadi promised the shower enclosure would be delivered and installed, a week later, on the following Friday. Then came Monday, my tenant asked if we can pull up the install by a day. I called Hadi and he promised that he was going to call the manf and see if it was possible, which he then said yes (this is the 1st lie). Come Thursday, I followed up with him and asked for a status. He said one of the panels was damaged so the install could not happen on Thursday, and has to be on Friday (2nd lie). Come Friday, I followed up again, he said he was waiting and the manf is running behind, which Hadi later said, another panel broke, and the install will get pushed out to the following Tuesday. He also showed me an email from the manf to support his story. Instead of believing him, I called the manf and spoke with the rep directly. Sure enough the truth came out. Foremost, the manf never received the order from Hadi until Friday, that day. Hadi forgot to place the order with the manf. Further, he never even bother to contact the manf to see if the order can be pulled up a day sooner per my earlier request. If he had done so, he would have realized that the order was never made. So all along, it's been one lie after another. I ended up paying the expedited fee so that the manf can deliver the panels by Monday, for an order placed on Friday, to fulfill my commitment to my tenant. For the install, Hadi's subcontractor showed up and finished the job. For the duration of the entire process, we only saw Hadi once, when he took the order from us. Afterwards, the only time he reached out voluntarily was to ask us to settle the payment, which we paid promptly, without any delay, as this is my commitment and credibility to people. After settling the bill, I told Hadi, I will give him one day to reflect on what he did and get back to me with his thoughts. If he had owned up to the situation, I would not have posted this review. Yet, he could not raise himself to that level. Bottom line, I would not recommend Hadi to anyone. You don't want people like this working for you. Don't get fooled by the 4.9 star reviews. Not sure how many are genuine. When things look too good, something is off... Hope this is helpful. As a homeowner, I want to make sure that good contractors are praised and recognized, as well as expose the corrupt ones so that they know they can't get away with their lies. read more

If there was 10 stars, I'd rate 10 out of 10. Amazing work! As soon as I called to see when he would be able to come by, the man was very nice and let me know he can be there the next day. After taking all the measurements he let me know that it would take about a week or so for the parts to come. Within a week, and without me calling for an update, he called me and let me know the parts were in and they can come the next day to install, which they did. I can't stress how happy I am with the outcome, his workers did a great job, were very nice, wore masks and in probably 2 hours they were done installing our shower doors. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! Hadi and his team are great. We needed a new shower enclosure as well as a new mirror in the bathroom and a few mirrors on a couple doors. I called Hadi and he was able to come over the next day. He replied immediately and that's pretty rare in the home remodeling realm as everyone is soooo busy and no one ever gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. He came over the next day took measurements and sent me a quote the same day. Within a week they came and installed everything. Unfortunately 2 months after there was a leak in one of the pipes so we had to redo the whole bathroom. I called Hadi and he was more than helpful and accommodating in a timely fashion and came and removed the glass. He was also able to salvage the hardware and the original glass panels that we used. Once the bathroom was rebuilt they came back and reinstalled the glass. Overall the service was great, fast and reliable.
