We ordered three sets of iron French doors from this company. We paid thousands of dollars. The order took over a year! Apparently the rust proof chemical on their doors are illegal in America. So all their doors get the chemical coating in China. During the one year waiting period, they keep telling me it's coming in the next container. They keep using the same delay tactics. Finally after one year they called to schedule installation. They came on a day that was raining. They never bothered to cover my wood floors. My wood floors soaked in rain for hours while they installed all three doors. Then for one set of French doors they couldn't install a seal cover under the door to prevent water from coming into the house during rain or water splashing from the pool. After all three doors were installed the person in charge of the installation asked me for another $100 in cash on top of the agreed upon installation fee for all their "hard work". They wouldn't leave until they got the cash. They told me their company will come fix my water damaged wood floors but they never did. I kept calling and emailing them. I sent them the brand and model number of the wood flooring we have. They eventually sent out a guy to take some measurements. I even provided them with a wood floor sample. But again they ignored all my calls and emails. I even got quotes for contractors for them to just pay for the work to replace my wood flooring. Again they never responded. This has been a horrible experience. I feel like I was dealing with a criminal enterprise. They lie about shipping time and caused damage to my house. Plus their workers will ask for extra cash or they won't leave your property. Please do not buy from Precise Iron Doors, I'll show you why, on August 28, 2024 I paid them 12,475.00 (I have the invoices and a copy of all my emails and chats) for 3 garage doors that were to be delivered to me in 6-10 weeks,,, since the last week of October 2024, I personally visited the owner Haik Pambuckchyan, to tell him that there were many bad reviews, but that I was going to give him the opportunity to prove that those bad references were not true,, and that he would deliver my doors to me on time. From then on, every Monday I would call his secretary and tell me they would be there on Friday, and so on was the game I played, until finally in February 2025... 17 weeks after delivery, I started sending him messages asking for my money back, until he stopped answering... I tried by all means (I have proof) to get my money back, I went to the BBB (business bureau) with the proof and he never even answered them, I went to the state in the Department of Licensing, and due to a technicality (very clever those at Precise Iron Doors) since the contract did not say they were going to install the doors (because of that word install) they could not do anything. Precise Iron Doors came recommended to us by a family friend who used them for their front door back in 2021 but warned us that it took nearly 6 months to get their custom door installed. We went to their facility and loved the quality of doors in their showroom, so we placed an order. It has now been nearly 2 years since we placed our order (order placed March 2024.) We have called every month to ask for the status of our door, only to be told a variety of excuses at to why it is not available (delays from Covid, custom orders take time, shipping containers were delayed, not knowing exactly when it would be shipped from China cause they have no say in the timing.) So, here we are, nearly 2 years later out a $2,500 deposit for NO door. I've sent multiple emails, with no response. It was the middle part of 3 glass window and shown to have no contact with anything during break. They came back with the wrong size glass. 9 months later... we have completely given up on the idea of receiving an actual gate. We requested a full refund because of their failure to perform and were sent a refund form we had to fill out and return for processing. On the form it says that refunds take up to 30 days to get processed. It's now 9 weeks later and absolutely nothing has happened. After countless phone calls and emails, we received one email from "orders@preciseirondoors.com", stating that the refund was being processed, but it was completely anonymous (no name or job title). The customer service representatives answering the phone say that the "Accounting Department" (which is basically one guy) doesn't accept phone calls and makes his own hours, and that not even the managers have any say in what he does. Apparently this guy works only for himself, or he's a mythological figure. It's astonishing to see a California business consistently managing to get away with this level of deception and fraud. As other reviewers have said, do not believe any of the positive reviews you find here, because they are not real. You will find a long list of bad reviews and complaints also on the Better Business Bureau web site, if you look up this company. Looks like small claims court is the only way out of this, which is a pain in the butt, but worth the added inconvenience, if only to make them cough up our deposit. read more

I ordered my door May of 2024, and was told lead time is about 5 months, when I didn't hear from them, I called them in November and they said it would be around December, I didn't hear from them again so I called and now they said end of January, which I did not believe anymore anything they said. I decided to go to the place and talk to the owner Haik. He said that my door was shipped and for sure I would get it end of January, today February 3rd 2025, I called them for an update, and sure enough they said it would be in April. At this point I am tired of their lies, and I don't think this is a legitimate business. We ordered our "expensive " door back in march 2024, were told it should be installed in August 2024 and up till today no installation, no communication no nothing! Yes, it took about a year for our doors to arrive. I was fine with that. When I had ordered the doors, I had read the reviews on yelp about the length of time people waited so I expected it despite the company telling me it was only going to be 6 months. So I'm not mad about the wait. I knew what I was getting myself into. I would check the order status on the website weekly. The doors arrived, and they were installed and they look wonderful. We ordered a custom design, and I love the way they turned out. Installation was quick, the workers installed the two front doors and a back door in about 4 hours. I have filed a lawsuit against Haik Pambuckchyan DBA Precise Iron Doors. They have not performed for an order placed over one-year ago. I received over 10 emails with updates on the location and installation date for the doors at a cost of $7,806.40. I have video of his person taking measurements, and credit card statements, along with countless emails. I requested an update and refund from Martha A. She also lied as to timing and then informed me to contact Haik for a refund. Haik is expecting everyone to walk away and the cost and time for a lawsuit is not worth it, but it is the principle at this point. I will provide an update on the court action in a few months. Do not order doors from this company especially if the doors are not in stock and especially if you live in a Masterplanned Community needing 2 HOA approvals with a deadline on project completion. This company has very vague timelines and unethical business practices. - Transaction date February 25, 2021- 0% Financing 18 Months thru Wells Fargo. Store Credit card application was handled by Harry over the phone. ETA end of May per Harry. Door will come from China which gives me enough time to seek approval from 2 HOAs. - May 2021- No delivery timeline given when asked. Could not provide a tracking link of the vessel. - 2nd Week of June 2021- Still no hard date when doors will arrive at the port. Could not provide tracking link for the deadbolts as well. - 3rd Week of June 2021- Harry tells me Wells Fargo is giving him problems. He asked me to call Tom of Wells Fargo, and to ask Tom to fund my WF account that was ready and open since February. I spoke with Tom of Wells Fargo (WF) and he told me I had to sign a document to acknowledge that I applied for the store card because it was not legal for Precise Iron Doors to take a credit application over the phone. An E-Document came in that looked like a credit application, which confused me because I thought I already had the card and had verified that it was open with WF customer service. But I guess they needed a hard copy that I filled out, not from what Harry filled out. A week later, I received another E-Document from Wells Fargo to sign, it was the invoice. I reached out to Harry asking him if he would be discounting my invoice if the door wasn't going to be with me prior to July 15, 2021. I asked him what their cancellation policy was if the doors won't be delivered before July 15 because WF wanted me to sign that I received a copy of Precise Iron Doors' Cancellation Policy. No response. Tom of WF assured me that I would not be charged unless the door was delivered to me. June 22, 2021- I received an email from Harry that WF won't fund him until the door is shipped to me. I said I will sign the E-Document based on the timeline provided by Veronica so he can be funded. July 15, 2021 is a reasonable time to have the doors to me based on a July 2 port arrival. Harry also mentioned that he has someone else who wants the door I ordered. Why would he even offer the door I ordered to someone else in the first place? June 23, 2021-I received another email from Harry saying that he really won't be funded by WF unless he ships the door to me even after I signed the E Document. Harry then suggested to charge the whole amount of the doors on my own credit card and told me he will credit back my card once he is funded by WF. He also told me WF would not guarantee that he would be funded. I later discovered that he was already having problems with Wells Fargo since April yet he failed to let me know-instead he was offering my ordered door to someone else prior to my knowledge of what was happening with my approved Wells Fargo account. Tom explained that it has always been their policy to fund when the door has been delivered. Whatever Precise Iron Doors did in the past to get funded prior to delivery is part of the reason why Wells Fargo severed ties with Precise Iron Doors. In good faith, I even offered Harry earnest money deposit to save the deal, with a written contract that he would refund back the earnest money once Wells Fargo bills my account. But Harry insisted that I needed to pay the full amount of $x,xxx upfront with my personal credit card with no proof when the doors are really arriving and no guarantee he would be funded by WF. I understand there have been delays in shipping caused by the broken supply chain but if they can't even provide you any proof where your order is, what would you do? Harry had nothing to lose. He already had someone lined up for the door I ordered. I, on the other hand, lost money on HOA Application & Extension Fees, materials needed to frame the door, my time, and a new open store credit card account that is useless because Harry refuses to play by the rules of Wells Fargo. To add insult to injury, I asked Harry to send me a pre-paid return label or his UPS account # so I can ship back the hardware that was sent to me by Emtek. Harry wants me to pay for shipping and said he would reimburse me. Why would I believe him after everything he put me through? It's not about the shipping amount if he fails to reimburse me-it's the principle. Talk about customer service. Unbelievable. I ordered a door from them 3 years ago. I paid over $3300 for it. After over a year of multiple broken promises, I cancelled the order. At the time of cancellation, they promised a refund. Then it was another year of excuses why they hadn't issued a refund. I finally had to take them to small claims court. They didn't even bother to show up. I was given a summary judgement for the money owed. They still wouldn't pay. It took me going in with the judgment and threatening to file a writ of execution before they agreed to pay. Then they dragged out the payment for another week. This is a normal practice for them. They have dozens of pending lawsuits against them and have lost dozens more. If you check BBB, you will see 212 complaints in the last 3 years and 133 complaints in the last 12 months. Stay away from these guys! read more

March 2024 I finnally got the door locks and handles on March the 2nd. They were drop shipped by EmTek. I installed immediately. The were some installation challenges but the door is finished and the house is secure. The delays have cost me extra $$. The house is a new build and I had to have the trades return to finish the house entry after door install; $1,100 so far for framing, stucco. Drywall and paint is next which will also be extra $$. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I ordered two doors from the company in November. They asked for permission to install one door while they waited for the other to arrive from manufacturer. Naturally you would assume when someone ask to install a door that means the door and accompanying locks and handles are ready to be installed, however to my surprise they installed the door with a temporary lock and left multiple holes open on the door covered by tape, promising to return the next day to install. It has now been two weeks and it turns out the locks haven't arrived yet. I've called and emailed them over the past weeks and get the run around from customer service.
