These are beatiful doors. The quality is amazing. Everyone who sees them is amazed at what a statement they make at the front of the house. I have been impressed with the after the sale service. I needed a part on the door that broke, and they were more than happy to send me what I needed. My fault the part broke, but they didn't even ask. I'm very happy with the cost, the looks, and the value. read more

DO NOT USE PRECISE IRON DOORS in SYLMAR, CA - THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND LIED TO ME I gave this company a $2,200 down payment for an iron door that was supposed to be installed by August 1st. It's now September 15th, and not only has the door not been installed, but they've also failed to provide any kind of update, phone call, or email. I've been left completely in the dark. I've reached out multiple times and have received no clear answers or resolution. At this point, I consider their behavior to be dishonest and unprofessional, and I'm extremely disappointed and angry with how I've been treated. They've had over six weeks past the agreed deadline, and I still don't have my door or my refund. This company has shown zero respect for my time or money. Avoid them at all costs if you value your peace of mind and don't want to be scammed. read more

Precise Iron Doors - BUSINESS - Door Sales/Installation Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I placed an order with Robert on February 12, 2025 for wrought iron French doors for my home. He requested that I bring a cash deposit of $2,600, with a remaining balance of $2,600 due upon completion. I was assured that my doors would arrive by the end of March. By late March, I had not heard anything, so I began calling. My calls were not returned. I sent emails and still received no response. Eventually, I spoke with Martha, who advised me that the order had been delayed and that I should expect the doors sometime in May. From that point forward, the timeline kept getting pushed back. In May, I was told July. In July, I was told the end of August. At the end of August, I was told October. The only communication I was able to get was through Martha, and despite repeatedly asking to speak with someone who could provide clear answers, I was not able to do so for months. Eventually, I was given Halik's email address. I have sent approximately 10 emails between December and now regarding my doors and requesting a refund. He responded only once, stating that the accounting department would contact me about refunding my deposit. I have not heard from him or the accounting department since. At this point, nearly a year later, I still do not have my doors, nor have I received my $2,600 deposit back. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a pattern of behavior. All I want is the return of my deposit before I am forced to pursue legal action. read more

So after waiting for quite some time, I decided in November of 25 to go with another company. I learned my lesson from this business and only gave a small deposit. Fast forward to today, I'm getting my door installed in 2 weeks. To add, in December, without calling, I went to precise and demanded my deposit back. I even had a lawyer send a demand letter which did nothing. I was able to get half my deposit and then promised I'd get the rest the following day... as we all know how the company works, false promises... I waited until 2 weeks ago and I decided to show up unannounced and I demanded to see the owner and Haik apologized for the entire situation and gave the rest of my deposit back. I'm glad I can put this chapter of my life behind me. Saga from 10/24 - 1/26 read more

They took a deposit for the second door that I ordered after over 18 months they closed the business.

Ordered 2 doors and gave deposit over a year ago over $7K, they kept leading us on about delay in delivery and then closed their location. I visited their store multiple times and owner Haik or his dad would be there and say will send next day and never did. They own a 6500 square foot house listed for sale over $6M in studio city so they have the money to refund people that this father-son team cheated read more

Do not buy anything from this business. We bought a front door from here about 9 years ago. Fast forward to 2025 when we did another remodel and ordered a front door from them. By far the worst experience ever. We ordered the door and paid $2150 via Zelle on April 2025 and they gave us an August installation date- perfect! Except it didn't come in August, or September, or October, or ever! In November I finally asked for a refund because we couldn't wait any longer. This is when we started getting the run around. Haik wouldn't give me the refund form. Thank God for Martha, the receptionist, who made it happen. She is the nicest most patient person. I completed the form and emailed it to Haik on November 5, 2025. The paper indicated it takes up to 30 business days to refund our money. I marked my calendar and sure enough, the 30 business days were up and no refund. Haik would not take my calls. He did answer my emails and said "accounting is looking into it." There is no accounting. It's his brother Art who does their accounting. I drove over an hour and went to their shop. Haik met with me and indicated he can't refund me my money yet because they don't have it. I told him it wasn't my problem. He finally agreed to Zelle me $500 and confirmed, in person and via email, the reminder would be in my account the next day. That didn't happen. At this point I didn't trust anything he said and drove another hour to their business. Again he tried to tell me accounting was working on it and it would be in my account by 2:00. I told him I can't trust him anymore and would not be leaving until I got my money. I finally received a check from him and went on my way. Not sure what kind of business this is. Seems like some fraud-like activity is happening. Go on the Better Business Bureau and see how many complaints people have filed. read more

Closed no longer in business, I placed an order for a door on October 27, 2025, and was told it would take approximately four months to arrive. I paid in full at the time of purchase. When February 12 arrived and I had not received any updates, I stopped by the company in person. The business was still open, and I was told my order should arrive within a few more weeks. On March 3, I returned to the warehouse and found it closed and no longer operating. I have been unable to get any response regarding my order or a refund. read more

I strongly advise avoiding Precise Iron Doors. I purchased an iron door with decorative glass from them, and since September 2024 I have been trying to get the glass repaired/replaced. I have called the company every single week for nearly a year, and they refuse to return my calls or give me an honest answer about when the replacement will arrive. I even visited their showroom twice in person. Both times, they told me the glass was already in and would be installed the next day. Nobody ever showed up. When I called to follow up, they gave me another excuse, saying the wrong item came in. Now, Haik Pambuckchyan refuses to meet with me or pick up my phone calls at all. This is not just poor customer service -- it's dishonesty. They have wasted my time for a full year, leaving me with a defective door and no solution. For a company that sells expensive iron doors, this type of treatment is unacceptable. If you're considering buying from Precise Iron Doors, think twice. Once they take your money, don't expect them to stand by their product or honor their promises. read more

I placed an order with Precise Iron Doors, Inc. in February 2025 and paid a $2,520 deposit. The estimated lead time was about 4-5 months. It is now April 2026 -- over 14 months later -- and I have received nothing. The timeline was repeatedly pushed (August, September, October, November, December, and beyond), but the product was never delivered. Communication eventually stopped completely. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and there is no meaningful response from the owner (Haik), despite multiple attempts to reach him. At this point, the company appears to have effectively disappeared. Their website is inactive, and when calling their number I was told they are "temporarily closed." I have filed complaints with the BBB, California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), and the California Attorney General. I am requesting a full refund, but so far there has been no response. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to place any orders or pay deposits with this company. The risk of losing your money is very real. read more

Since all of us whom wrote a review got scammed from Precious Iron Door by a decent amount of money we should all put our hand together and try to get our money back. Maybe the government if they put a hold on their asset can refund us for damages especially if the business was bankrupt due to increased tariffs fees. I am so upset to find out that this business is a scam. I wished I read what people were writing on yelp reviews warning people about this scammers. Because I wasted my money energy, excitement and time waiting for the door. We ordered a front door from Prices Iron Door back in March 2025 and paid a deposit of $4500, we were promised that our door will be installed by May 2025 which did not happen. I started calling them every month to check on the door and every month I hear the same message from the secretary that the container is stuck at the port and should be out by the end of the month, then after 6 months of hearing the same false message I left an email but no replies from them, then I asked if I can speak to the owner or if he can call me back but also no luck. Then on Feb 24-2025 I called but was no answer like the business was closed so I decided to check on Yelp and to my choking reading all the bad reviews. read more

It took me a while to consider putting my comments..and im only doing it cause I feel people should know about my experience with this place. First of all I would never recommend this place to anyone. They asked that I pay a deposit at the beginning of purchase. Which I did. And let me tell you a year went by after my numerous calls of asking when was I going to get my door...well after a year and three months...they told me my door was still in China...hum...I could go on about my hole experience with this place...i wouldn't buy a door knob from them. I would run from this company. They are the worst scam company I have ever worked with. They have every excuse as to why the door is months late after the supposed delivery date. Once it's delivered, it may look decent but door falls apart. The paint on iron doors chips. The quality of the Iron doors are worse than China. I was told to send a picture of my issues on the doors to a cell phone number. I was told if I ever called the number, they would block any customers. If they decide to take care of my issue, they will contact me back which they never did. This company is a complete scam. Please visit the Better Business Bureau. There are pages and pages of complaints which they have refuse to respond to. They have an F rating. I wish someone would've warned me. The only resolution they have is by giving you the cell phone number to send pictures to but remember not to call the number or you will be blocked. I have never heard of a company who runs a company like this. Make sure to pay by credit card because you will definitely have to go through a disputing resolution with them. If you pay cash, you'll never get your money back. All of my facts are listed by hundreds of customers on BBB. The only thing Precise Iron door is good at is, precisely taking your money. read more

I had the same experience as many other reviewers. I ordered my door 6/23/23 and was told I would get it 11/2023. They led me to believe it was made locally. I gave them $2150 on my VISA. Then the excuses and delays started. Then they tell me that it got lost in shipping from China! I was shocked and upset but I had already waited about 1.5 years. Haik said that he would reorder it. Then more excuses and delays. I spoke with Martha on 2/5/26 and she told me that it would be scheduled to ship at the end of February. I tried calling on 3/5/26 and almost every day until now and it was going to voicemail. No response from emails either. On Monday my calls and emails stopped going through.
