The other pair have had the lenses fall out THREE times. Just took them out of the case and BOTH lenses fell on the floor again! These are not unusually thick glasses and only ground for distance and no bifocals or anything else. Somebody there does not know how to grind glasses to fit in the frames. This has happened so often that I had to go to another optical company and get a pair made b/c these things are falling out of the frames even while I was trying to drive at night, when I need them. If you depend on your glasses to be able to see, and use them reliably, I would not recommend going to this place!! The pair I bought at a differnet optical company have been fine.

Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. The appointment was for 10am but there was no staff there. They strolled in about 20 minutes late. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?

As I started looking at frames, I had all of the details I needed. Once I chose sunglasses and regular glasses options, Sara was wonderful with helping me to choose one of each that fit and looked great! They claim it hasn't permanently closed, but every single week since January the Goodwill Cincinnati Facebook page has updated saying, "Outlet store closed this week". No one answers the phone or gives a straight answer when questioned on why this store continues to say it's open when it's not. As a result, myself and others have had to take our business 30+ miles away to the Outlet store in Dayton or go to St Vincent DP's Outlet store on Este. The lack of communication and updates while insisting the store is open is a stain on the Greater Cincinnati Goodwill organization.

Making an appointment is easy, quick and friendly. They have a small room with frames and I have ordered frames here previously. Even once having frames special ordered when my previous frames were no longer on current display but still available for order. The frame selection is very small compared to bigger places and not many flattering designer frames. Because of that reason I have been just getting my eyes checked, getting my script and then buying my frames and lenses elsewhere.

I've been going to this optometry practice for years (through 6-7 insurance changes) and I love it…read more I always see Dr. Jutte, who is very well-spoken and personable. The staff all know what they're doing, and they're friendly and efficient about it. The office is a little obscured from the road due to some aggressive shrubbery from a neighboring property, but once you know where to turn in, you're fine. There's plenty of parking, the office is clean, and the exams are thorough but quick. They're also reasonably priced, and offer discounts if you need to pay out of pocket instead of by insurance. I appreciate that they always give me a few pairs of contacts to tide me over until my order comes in, and they have a good selection of glasses. They also didn't mind me spending an hour trying on dozens of pairs, lol. In all, I couldn't be happier, and I would definitely still drive out here for my annual eye exam even if I ever moved away from the neighborhood.
