Then they upcharged me $225 to remove the damaged lace and found some extra pieces to add on that weren't cut. 2nd, instead of fixing the bust area they just tightened the sides that then had to be let out and the bust adjusted like it should have been in the first place. 3rd, I specifically asked shouldn't the bustle loops be elastic so they don't rip. They said no...and out of 10 bustled loops only 1 top one lasted and a few under, I had to safety pin up the entire back of her gown. Even the maid of honors dress had to get redone because they cinched it so tight. So glad I wasted $915 and then they wanted a tip!

I had dropped off everything to her on Friday afternoon and it was more work than what I had described. Unfortunately, I'm not the best at describing which I know and I wasn't sure what all work was needed because this is not my area but she was super friendly and nice about it and had everything completed by Sunday. I was very impressed with how efficient and the quality of work of the items that she had done for me. I will definitely be back for more guess for the holidays. I will say she's reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding.
