Second, I paid for a bustle to be added to the dress and did the type they suggested. It looked fine in the shop, however, very shortly into having the dress bustled the button holding the dress up ripped. This was without anyone stepping on the dress, just all the weight on a single button. It stinks to have paid so much for a bustle just to have it unusable and a hole in my dress.

Then they upcharged me $225 to remove the damaged lace and found some extra pieces to add on that weren't cut. 2nd, instead of fixing the bust area they just tightened the sides that then had to be let out and the bust adjusted like it should have been in the first place. 3rd, I specifically asked shouldn't the bustle loops be elastic so they don't rip.
