The inside is clean and smells good lol. My piercer was Tearanie; she was super friendly and answered all of my questions & concerns. My nose hole has been closed for about ten years, so naturally I needed to be reminded of certain things. She also mentioned that if I want to change my nose ring she would do so complimentary. Overall my experience was great and my piercing healed very nicely.

I found lilygrace on yelp and read a lot of great reviews. So I decided to make an appointment online which was very easy. I was able to schedule for same day service. I opted for the piercing without the numbing cream as I read it doesn't really work as it just numbs the outside of the ear, and the inside is what gives the sharp feeling while getting pierced. The lady we got was named Cira (I think!) and she was EXCEPTIONAL! You could tell she's been doing this, with young babies, for a good amount of time. She was very precise in marking my babies ears and had me double check that I was happy with the placement. She explained that babies ears continue to grow down and out so the marks would be a little closer to the head. She explained everything step by step and was so very calming throughout the entire appointment. My baby did so good and I'm so happy with the result! They provided the ear cleaning solution and clear instructions for aftercare which was so appreciated! No need to go seek out cleaner for babies! The only thing I would say wasn't great was the prices of the earrings themselves. It was a bit of a shock when I saw the price tags but at the same time they are quality and look great! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

After discussing with Holly about my desire, she told me that the shape of my ear would not permit the new helix to be "hidden," but that the back would be visible from the front. I totally appreciate her honesty, because I know I would NOT have been happy with that outcome! Holly suggested some alternative piercing locations, and I went with a flat piercing. I am really happy with how it looks Additionally, I had a medical procedure done before my piercings had healed up, and Holly was able to get me some plastic posts in that day. I came back the next day to have Shy put the earrings back. Everybody there is always so helpful and nice, it's very refreshing! Their communication has not failed to be quick, whether by text message (which I love having the option of), or by a phone call. 100% RECOMMEND!!

ROBIN had me lay on my back clamped my lip said take a deep breath and pierced my lip to then say "aw man it's crooked I have to do it again" mind you it's already all the way through my lip. She thing removed the needle wipes all the blood away clamps my lip again and shoved the needle BACK THOUGH THE FRESHLY PIERCED area!! I asked her is that something that should have been done and she said "yeah it should be fine" never in my life have I seen this type of unprofessional work or F up. The. Had the nerve to give me $10 off for the troubles. My lip is so swollen, hurts so bad and after doing further research and talking to other piercers that is an absolute NO! Do not do that, it causes severe trauma and healing and creates scar tissue that will forever be sensitive and she did it anyway. Absolutely insane. If she's that comfortable doing that to me how many other people has she done this to? ROBIN you should be embarrassed, FIRED and never hired at another shop. My first complaint would be her attitude, it was as if she didn't even wanna do the tattoo off the bat , we were asking questions and she answered in a very monotone/ annoyed manner which hey i don't mind long day whatever , but for u too be in such a bad mood it shows thru ur work says A LOt about u as a "professional artist" . simply don't accept the tattoo request if ur not gonna do it passionately nor correctly . now due too her mistakes me and my boyfriend have crooked ,unaligned numbers as well as some letters being thicker than others making them Unproportionate . i'm very disappointed this is OUR FIRST tattoo. i included very clear instructions and details about placement , now everytime we turn our wrist the tattoo is on our arm. its very unfortunate and hard too look at .
