We got Pranitaben's reference from a friend and it was a great relief when we talked to her on phone. We asked her so many questions and she calmly answered them all and explained us everything. That was a great first impression about her. And then we were so much satisfied after talking to her that we never enquired anywhere else and subscribed with her. Pranitaben is a very passionate chef. Also she is very proactive, particular and regular about her meal service. That one phone call and everything was set for us. We never had to make any other phone calls for any kind of follow ups. Her meal subscription process is very simple and practical. We get a full weeks menu on every Saturday on WhatsApp. We need to respond to her about how much quantity we want for any item for a particular day for the whole week by Sunday noon. And that is the great part. Because her meals have so much variety and we can order any item from that day in any number of quantity. So we love this customizable options. And about the variety of food, we already have got food from her since 5 weeks now and she has never repeated any item in her menu. That shows how much passionate she is about making food. The delivery service is also awesome. They never missed anything. There was never any mistake in the delivery. Everything got delivered as we asked for. All the deliveries were on time for us. The driver calls us when he is about to arrive near our home. We can go out and directly pick our food from him. Or we can ask him to put it somewhere on the first day and then you are set. You can pick it up once it is delivered. They use paper bags and deliver in plastic microwavable bowls. So we don't even need to use our own bowls while dining. The food ever delivered was always hot. We love the food. It is very tasty and simple homemade food. Variety is a plus. Spice level is also mild.
