Found this spa via a google search, and checked it out. It looked pretty good, so we made our appointments. My boyfriend and I got 60 minute deep tissue massages done by John, the owner. His hands and techniques were amazing. I've never had a massage that was so relaxing. He was very professional and definitely a master at what he does. As for the facility itself, it was calming, clean, and cozy. It's situated right off Duval st, which makes it very convenient to get to. The receptionist/manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back here every time we visit Key West! read more

We came here on a honeymoon, and I decided to try Prana spa Based on yelp reviews. I'm so happy we did. We booked a 30 minute body scrub followed by 60 minute massage and the couple's room which is located upstairs. The staff Is extremely respectful of your privacy and so friendly. I personally do not like the smell of coconut which is always in the body scrubs, so they made me a custom one without any coconut. Then we went into a Large shower to wash off the scrub. The massages were 10 out of 10! I highly recommend the spa. read more

Best massage of my life. Husband and I did a couples massage and we both had an amazing experience. The spa is very cozy, zen, and comfortable. I can't remember their names but the therapists were just lovely, they listened well and were consistent to what we wanted and didn't want in the massage. My therapist checked in with me a few times during the massage and even picked up on when I was cold and needed a blanket and when my neck was a bit strained and I needed the headrest adjusted. It was also very well priced for a tourist hot spot ($280 for couples massage compared to other locations at $340 or $380) and easy to reserve - we got in on the same day. Will recommend this spa to anyone traveling to Key West and will be a must-do on my next trip. read more

Prana has been my go to relaxation haven since moving here last summer. I am a big fan of deep tissue massage and Prana never fails to deliver. Had a 90 minute session today with therapist Susan and it was amazing. I normally try and visit once a month but it had been a while since my last visit. I will be back again soon! read more

Ahhhh-mazing is all I can say. I've heard how great this place is, but never got the chance to book an appointment. This time, I did. I am SO glad too. I booked an hour massage and guess what? It's actually an hour long! Sally was my therapist and she listened to what I told her and tailored the session to my needs. It was cool but not cold in the room, which I love since I had just walked there. The ambient scents weren't too strong and the music was just the right volume. The next time I come, I'm going to try a facial as well. read more

JAMIE AND ROB YOU ROCK! We went for a couples massage and were not disappointed at all. My boyfriend is 6'6" and 300lbs and Rob was perfect for the job. Rob and Jamie asked all the right questions, very professional, courteous and through. Look very forward to going again ; ) We both give them 2 thumbs up. read more

Very nice. Fit us in last minute and couldn't have been cuter. The desk staff was nice and the facial was efficient. They don't do extraction though , sometimes that leaves me leaving a little undone but overall a great experience read more

The best part of our getaway to Key West was at Prana Spa! We got a couples massage here with Dan and (I think her name was) Lea. These two did so well! They were both very thorough, very talented, and really exceeded our expectations! The smells, the decor, the professionalism, the environment all make this spa a MUST! I am positive that we will be visiting Key West more frequently, just because of this! read more

I've had my fair share of really amazing spa experiences, so I am a pretty tough sell in this area. I go out of my way to find different, off the beaten path types of places for a massage or spa day. My massage was very thorough and my therapist seemed to really know what he was doing. I liked the yoga/buddha decor and calming environment. My only complaint was that the oil used smelled a little bit rancid. Other than that, I really enjoyed this place. Also, BOOK AHEAD EARLY...at least a week in advance. I wanted a full three hour special treat for my husband and I and was only able to get an hour appointment for only myself. read more

I went here about five years ago. I was surprised by my friends and family as a birthday gift. It was a most divine experience. The atmosphere and setting is just absolutely perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. I had "The Raj" spa treatment. Prana Glow, which was followed by their spa facial, and followed with a full body massage. It was concluded by the Shirodhara oil pour. Very friendly and calming staff. It was indeed an experience never to forget, and lasts about two hours long. I've been dying to head back to this special little oasis. read more

Best thing I love regarding Prana is their customer service! I wasnt feeling well and had to cut my massage short... They called me the next day to check on me, WOW. Great ppl. Massage and facial are a must on your vacation! Cheers. read more

So happy I came across this place&they were open on a holiday. We were able to book 3 massages online at the same time. From beginning to end -exceptional service! Massages from Sally, Sophia & Nicolelette. All did an amazing job. . Focusing on your individual needs. Relaxing spa atmosphere. We'll definitely return as soon as possible. They've earned thier 5 Stars read more

Seriously the BEST MASSAGE EVER! I have a pinched sciatic nerve and Dan really worked it. They asked all the right questions and paid close attention to how our bodies reacted. I left there feeling like a new man. It was truly a wonderful experience. We got a couples massage for $190. Pretty sweet deal for the upper class massage we both received. Be sure to tip out when finished. We will be back on our next trip!! read more

Just flew in from la this am and a massage was desperately needed. Had the 90 minute coconut scrub with massage and facial. Place is a total gem of relaxation. Clean and friendly staff. Jaime was my therapist... I get massages pretty much twice a month if not more, she knows what she's doing. Loved every second of it. Go!!! read more

Jennifer gave the most amazing facial. I opted for the 30 minute treatment which ended up running to about 45 minutes. It includes an incredibly relaxing neck and arm massage. During the consultation I received great advice on my skin and techniques for skin management. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Key West! read more

Perfection! Called at 11am and were able to get in for a couples massage at 12:30. Douglas gave my husband a deep tissue therapeutic massage and Dan did exactly what I asked...long relaxing strokes with I pain:) Intimate atmosphere, clean, and a great location. They even suggested a wonderful restaurant a few blocks away for tapas afterwards. Highly recommend! read more

Words can not even express how AWFUL their customer service is and their approach to handling business is terrible. Do yourself a favor and walk down the block to Island Massage!!! These people are a bunch of crooks! I had booked an appointment and was NOT informed about their 24 hour cancellation policy. My friend came down with the flu and was unable to make it to the appointment. I called first thing and made it clear that we would not be coming. They CLAIM they decided to keep the therapists available for us because "once we we told of the policy, we would feel forced to come and that's only fair for their therapists." When I called to reiterate we would not be coming, I was treated very rudely by Nikki the receptionist who couldn't make a decision without texting the manager. She claimed she would call me right back to give me answer. She did not call. When I called back, the phone miraculously went into voice mail numerous times. When I used my husbands cell with a different area code, Nikki picked up right away. I was told it was my fault and my credit card was charged regardless. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. Go down the street. The people at Island are much nicer in person and they pick up the phone! read more

Holy cow. Best massage I have ever gotten. Fiancé and I are on our last day of vacation. Decided to get a couples massage. We are both now so relaxed and so free from stress. Highly recommend!! read more

My husband and I had the best experience at prana. We arrived about 15 minutes early and the receptionist was very accommodating. She offered water, showed us the restroom and made pleasant conversation. I had Adam for a prenatal massage and my husband had Melissa for a hot stone. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable! read more

Jim is an amazing massage therapist. Get a deep tissue massage and splurge for 90 minutes. Best part of my vacation!

My wife and I stop into this spa each time we come to Key West and each time we come, we receive the best massage we have ever had. We have tried different practitioners (as the previous one might not be available at the particular time), and it's always this same outcome: Awesome! I know that's a pretty high expectation going in; and we'll probably have to have an average experience someday, but we really appreciate the gifted healing arts staff at Prana. They know some stuff! read more

The massage therapist were so amazing! We did a hot stone massage and they asked us if we liked the temperature and all. Very attentive to our personal needs. Love the massages, thank you! read more

Was in Key West again this year for Fantasy Fest and scheduled FOUR massages here. All were great but two were super fantastic! My only complaint would be that I would rather see the same therapist once or twice than four different therapists - BUT you get your WHOLE 90 minutes here...not 80 for the price of 90 and they really are fantastic@@@@ read more

Best massage ever. I had Hilary and she was fabulous. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Very serene and excellent customer service.

My wife and I booked the 90 minute couples' massage. When it was over I looked over at my wife and she had the biggest smile on her face. We both agree these were the best massages we have experienced. The place is really well organized and beautiful on the inside. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend to others and a return will be a must on our next vacation to Key West read more

They tend to be very detailed and thorough when making reservations, and ask a lot of questions and double check things about 5 times when you first make the reservation but once the reservation is made, that's all you need. Show up on time and be ready to go and it's a delightful place. It is very small but I can't imagine a huge modern spa on Key West...where would it go? I had the mini facial and the foot rejuvenation and it was a nice escape for my first day in Key West. Would definitely go again. read more

While my husband was on a business trip in Key West, I decided to tag along for some much needed relaxation. First on the list was a massage, and the reviews for Prana on Yelp made it easy to decide. When I arrived there was a sign on the door stating the staff would be right back, so I had to cook on the front porch for a bit. Thankfully, there was plenty of refreshing spa water waiting for me when I came inside. I loved the beautifully decorated bungalow and massage room, and my 90-minute Swedish massage was delightful--and very reasonably priced. I enjoyed my experience so much I tried to book a last minute massage right before I left, to no avail. That just means I'll have to plan another trip soon! read more

Cool little find in Key West. Massage was decent. I haven't tried any other spa's in the area, but the prices here make it a great deal.

Fantastic. Booked a day of swedish massage for my birthday today and it was perfect. Adam was the masseuse and he was very thorough and used just the right level of pressure. I also liked that he didn't use a ton of oil; I was able to go walk around and go about our afternoon not covered in a greasy sheen of massage oil like most places leave you with. Pretty cool little location too, just a street south of Duval. I have to imagine I'll be back in the future! read more

Amazing spa! I highly recommend Jennifer for your facial :)

It took years to convince my husband to go for a massage. He agreed to go as long as we had a couples massage. This is now our third visit to Prana Spa and a "must" every time we come to Key West. After yesterday's massage, and decades of resistance, my husband told Susan his therapist, "this was the closest he's ever been to a religious experience!" He's a believer! Thank you Susan, you're a miracle worker! read more
